Definitions
- the present invention relates to a panoramic view telescope, and more particularly, a panoramic view tele that can be used for laparoscopic surgery to secure a wide and improved viewing angle without increasing the size of the incision for laparoscopic entry. It's about scopes.
- Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive technique for performing surgical operations in the abdominal cavity. Laparoscopic surgery is performed by injecting CO 2 gas into the abdominal cavity to secure the field of view and the surgical space, and then dissecting it to the minimum size needed to enter the laparoscope and the surgical instrument.
- FIG. 6 is a view schematically showing a laparoscopic surgery scheme.
- the laparoscopic 90 and the surgical instrument 81 are trocared through a minimal incision in the surgical space (body cavity) 50 secured by injecting CO 2 gas. Enter through 80 to proceed with the surgery.
- Laparoscope used is to use a single lens 91 to perform the operation for the range that is recognized through a small lens.
- Laparoscopic surgery has been introduced rapidly since the 1980s due to various advantages compared to laparotomy, but it is technically more difficult for surgeons.
- the most important problem is associated with a narrower field of view than laparotomy, due to the narrow field of view of the laparoscope.
- the learning curve for laparoscopic surgery is limited. That is, the average viewing angle of a person is about 120 degrees from side to side, and if you move your eyes, you can see up to 180 degrees in the same posture, you can see 135 degrees up and down, and you can see more downward than up. .
- the viewing angle of conventional endoscope / laparoscopic using single lens is up to 60 degrees, and it is hard to reach 120 degrees, which is the angle of view of human eyes. Increased fatigue may negatively affect the outcome of the surgery.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a new panoramic view telescope that can provide a wider field of view while keeping the incision site for surgery to a minimum.
- the object of the present invention is to improve the surgical precision and precision of the gynecologist, to improve the quality of the surgery by reducing the surgical fatigue, and to enhance the monitoring of the surgical peripheral area that is difficult to identify with the existing single lens telescope, complications It ultimately contributes to a smoother recovery after surgery due to a decrease in surgical time and thus anesthesia time.
- a front camera module disposed at a front end of the main body and configured to recognize and transmit an image of a front end in the longitudinal direction of the main body;
- a first pop-up camera module and a second pop-up camera module disposed symmetrically with respect to the front camera module and the main body, and rotatably disposed with respect to the main body, respectively;
- a first pop-up cover which opens or closes a first opening and a second opening formed in the main body, respectively, and controls an angle in a pop-up state of the first pop-up camera module and the second pop-up camera module, respectively, in an open state; And a panoramic view telescope including the second pop-up cover.
- the front camera module, the first pop-up camera module and the second camera module each include a front lens and an image sensor unit behind the lens.
- a wide field of view can be secured by using a plurality of lenses. That is, the viewing angle, which is only 40 degrees, is expanded to 90 degrees or more.
- the viewing angle which is only 40 degrees
- the laparoscope according to the present invention in order to see the surgical instruments or lesions that did not come into view of the existing laparoscope frequently reduce the number of laparoscopic movement to the front, rear, left and right, thereby reducing the number of times to wash the lens and unnecessary waste of surgical time have.
- the present invention to facilitate the use of the endoscope of the surgical assistant to enable a smooth operation, ultimately contribute to a more smooth recovery after the operation of the patient by reducing the operation time and thereby anesthesia time.
- the present invention is applicable to all endoscopes, laparoscopic, robotic telescope (telescope), and can be applied to virtual operation educational optics.
