Abstract
一种汽轮机盘车装置摇杆轴密封装置,包括摇杆轴(1)、机座(4)、机座两侧轴孔(4.1、4.2)、手摇杆安装座(3)、行程控制器安装座(2),摇杆轴(1)安装在机座轴孔(4.1、4.2)中,手摇杆安装座(3)和行程控制器安装座(2)分别设置在摇杆轴(1)的两端,在手摇杆安装座(3)上设置手摇杆,通过转动手摇杆使摇杆轴(1)转动进行电动盘车,在对应机座轴孔(4.1、4.2)的位置上还设置有密封件,密封件起密封作用,防止润滑油从轴座间隙中渗漏。其优点在于能够避免润滑油浪费,确保环境卫生同时避免出现安全陷患。
Description
本发明涉及一种汽轮机盘车摇杆轴,尤其涉及一种汽轮机盘车摇杆轴密封装置。
现有技术中,汽轮机通过一副刚性联轴器与发电机相连,转子盘车安装置装于后轴承盖上,由电动机驱动,通过蜗轮蜗杆以及齿轮减速达到所需要的盘车速度,汽轮机盘车转速为4.8转/分钟,当转子的转速高于盘车速度时,盘车装置能自动退出工作位置。
当汽轮机转子需要投入盘车时,人工盘动电机转动盘,手推盘车摇杆轴转动45度至蜗轮与齿轮黏合,然后启动电动机进行电动盘车。当汽轮机冲转时,转子旋转速度超过盘车速度时,摇杆轴带动蜗轮脱离齿轮,转动45度至完全脱开位置。盘车投入和退出过程摇杆轴都需要旋转45度。摇杆轴固定在盘车机座的两端两个轴孔中,其中一侧接操作手柄,另外一侧接行程控制器。
现有技术中,因摇杆轴与盘车机座轴孔是间隙配合,其中无任何密封装置,在转子运转过程中润滑油通过摇杆轴与轴孔之间的间隙渗出至两端,流到轴承箱上,无法消除,需要定期清除。
问题是,润滑油流出至盘车机座、轴承箱上,既浪费润滑油、影响环境卫生同时又造成安全隐患。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本发明提出一种汽轮机盘车摇杆轴密封装置,包括摇杆轴、机座、机座两侧轴孔、手摇杆安装座、行程控制器安装座,所述摇杆轴安装在所述机座轴孔中,所述手摇杆安装座和行程控制器安装座分别设置在所述摇杆轴的两端,在所述手摇杆安装座上设置手摇杆,通过转动手摇杆使所述摇杆轴转动进行电动盘车,特征是,在对应所述机座轴孔的位置上还设置有密封件,所述密封件起密封作用,防止润滑油从轴座间隙中渗漏出来。
本发明解决技术问题所提出的技术方案是,本发明提出一种汽轮机盘车摇杆轴密封装置,包括摇杆轴、机座、机座两侧轴孔、手摇杆安装座、行程控制器安装座,所述摇杆轴安装在所述机座轴孔中,所述手摇杆安装座和行程控制器安装座分别设置在所述摇杆轴的两端,在所述手摇杆安装座上设置手摇杆,通过转动手摇杆使所述摇杆轴转动进行电动盘车,其特征是,在对应所述机座轴孔的位置上还设置有密封件,所述密封件起密封作用,防止润滑油从轴座间隙中渗漏出来。
本发明优选方案是,在所述摇杆轴上设置轴密封沟槽,所述密封件设置在所述轴密封沟槽上。
本发明优选方案是,在所述轴孔上设置孔密封沟槽,所述密封件设置在所述孔密封沟槽上。
本发明优选方案是,所述密封件采用O形密封圈。
本发明的有益效果:发明提出一种汽轮机盘车摇杆轴密封装置,在摇杆轴对应机座轴孔的位置上还设置有密封件,密封件起密封作用,能够有效防止润滑油从轴座间隙中渗漏出来,避免润滑油浪费,确保环境卫生同时避免出现安全陷患。

图1-图3为现有技术的结构示意图,其中图2为局部结构示意图。图中显示,现有技术中,汽轮机盘车摇杆轴装置,包括摇杆轴1、机座4、机座两侧轴孔4.1、4.2、手摇杆安装座3、行程控制器安装座2,摇杆轴1安装在机座轴孔4.1、4.2中,手摇杆安装座3和行程控制器安装座2分别设置在摇杆轴1的两端,在手摇杆安装座3上设置手摇杆,通过转动手摇杆使摇杆轴1转动进行电动盘车。
图中显示,现有技术中,因摇杆轴1与盘车机座轴孔4.1、4.2是间隙配合,其中无任何密封装置,在转子运转过程中润滑油通过摇杆轴1与轴孔之间的空隙渗出至两端,流到轴承箱上,无法消除,只有定期清除汕污。问题是,润滑油流出至盘车机座和轴承箱上,既浪费润滑油、影响环境卫生同时又造成安全隐患。
图4-图5为本发明提出的第一个实施例的结构示意图。其中图5为局部结构示意图。图中显示,本例中,汽轮机盘车装置摇杆轴渗油密封装置,包括摇杆轴1、机座4、机座两侧轴孔4.1、4.2、手摇杆安装座3、行程控制器安装座2,摇杆轴1安装在机座轴孔4.1、4.2中,手摇杆安装座3和行程控制器安装座2分别设置在摇杆轴1的两端,在手摇杆安装座3上设置手摇杆,通过转动手摇杆使摇杆轴1转动进行电动盘车。与现有技术不同的是,本例中,在对应机座轴孔4.1、4.2的位置上还设置有密封件,密封件起密封作用,防止润滑油从轴座间隙中渗漏。图5显示,本例中,在摇杆轴1上设置轴密封沟槽1.1、1.2,图4显示,密封件1.1A、1.2A分别设置在轴密封沟槽1.1、1.2上。本发明提示,本例中,密封件1.1A、1.2A可以采用O形密封圈。
图6-图7为本发明提出的第二个实施例的结构示意图,其中图6为局部结构示意图。图中显示,与本
发明第一个实施例不同的是,本例中,密封沟槽是设置在机座轴孔中。图6显示,在轴孔4.1、4.2上分别设置孔密封沟槽4.1A、4.2A,密封件4.1B、4.2B分别设置在孔密封沟槽4.1A、4.2A上起密封作用。
Claims (4)
- 一种汽轮机盘车摇杆轴密封装置,包括摇杆轴、机座、机座两侧轴孔、手摇杆安装座、行程控制器安装座,所述摇杆轴安装在所述机座轴孔中,所述手摇杆安装座和行程控制器安装座分别设置在所述摇杆轴的两端,在所述手摇杆安装座上设置手摇杆,通过转动手摇杆使所述摇杆轴转动进行电动盘车,其特征是,在对应所述机座轴孔的位置上还设置有密封件,所述密封件起密封作用,防止润滑油从轴座间隙中渗漏出来。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽轮机盘车摇杆轴密封装置,其特征是,在所述摇杆轴上设置轴密封沟槽,所述密封件设置在所述轴密封沟槽上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽轮机盘车摇杆轴密封装置,其特征是,在所述轴孔上设置孔密封沟槽,所述密封件设置在所述孔密封沟槽上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽轮机盘车摇杆轴密封装置,其特征是,所述密封件采用O形密封圈。
