Description

自喷气式搅拌器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种自喷气式搅拌器,属于工业或化工技术领域。
背景技术
搅拌器是常用的一种生产设备,现有的搅拌器主要有旋桨式、涡轮式、磁力加热式等类型,但是在现实生产过程中所需搅拌原材料种类繁多,材料间硬度、塑性、黏性也各不相同。尤其是在搅拌黏性较高的液体原料时,经常会在桨叶和传动轴上产生厚厚的粘着物,严重减缓了桨叶的旋转速度,并急剧增加桨叶和传动轴的工作负荷。搅拌器长期超负荷工作,不仅对搅拌桨叶和传动轴的构件造成损害,对搅拌器所属电机也会产生严重破坏,从而造成重大经济损失。因此市面上急需一种既能搅拌普通原材料又能搅拌高黏度液体材料的搅拌器,来满足人们的生产需要。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种自喷气式搅拌器,整个技术方案结构紧凑、成本较低,节能环保,提高了工作效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种自喷气式搅拌器,所述自喷气搅拌器由动力与传输装置、机械支撑装置、搅拌桨叶、搅拌罐体装置和高压喷气装置组成;所述动力传输装置架设在机械支撑装置上,并通过所属传动轴与搅拌桨叶相连;所述搅拌罐体装置位于机械支撑装置所属搅拌器支撑横梁下方,搅拌桨叶和传动轴放置在 搅拌罐体装置内;所述高压喷气装置位于搅拌罐体右方,并通过所属高压输气管与传动轴相连。本设计结构简单、占地面积小、生产效率高,易于产品的销售推广。
作为本发明的一种改进,其特征在于,所述动力与传输装置包括电机、减速箱、传动皮带和传动轴,所述电机输出端通过传动皮带与减速箱相连;所述减速箱输出端与传动轴相连。本产品所采用动力装置具有稳定高效、易于修理的特点,非常适合在小型工厂、学校实验室等不配备专业维修人员的地方使用。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述传动轴为中空设计,并与高压气管相连。传动轴采用中空设计,既便于高压气体的传输,又减少了在传动轴表面架设输气管道的麻烦。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述机械支撑装置包括搅拌器支撑架、搅拌器支撑横梁和电机运行轨道;所述电机运行轨道设置在搅拌器支撑架上;所述搅拌器支撑横梁固定在电机端,并可与电机同时上下运动。本产品支撑结构简单牢靠,搅拌机上下运行自由顺畅。将搅拌器封盖设计在传动轴上,可以一步完成桨叶进罐、封盖等生产步骤,优化了生产步骤,提高了生产效率。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌罐体装置包括罐盖、罐体和震动基座;所述罐盖固定在传动轴上端,随传动轴同时上下运动;所述搅拌罐体设置在震动基座上。在罐体下加设震动基座,使其可以在搅拌过程中进行低频震动,从而加快原材料的融合,提高搅拌机的混合效果。
作为本发明的一种改进,其特征在于,所述罐体表面设置有观察窗;所述罐体由罐体支撑架辅助固定在震动基座上。加设罐体支撑架主要用于减小震动基座工作时对罐体产生的共振效果,从而避免罐体因震动产生位移或松动,增加生产的安全性。
相对与现有技术,本发明具有如下优点,1)本产品结构紧凑,搅拌效果明显,并在搅拌过程中可以有效避免搅拌物的外泄,使作业环境程安全环保,便于推广;2)传动轴采用中空设计,既便于高压气体的传输,又减少了在传动轴表面架设输气管道的麻烦;3)搅拌器封盖设计在传动轴上,可以一步完成桨叶进罐、封盖等生产步骤,优化了生产步骤,提高了生产效率;4)搅拌桨叶设置为喷气式结构,提交了搅拌效率;5)在罐体下加设震动基座,使其可以在搅拌过程中进行低频震动,从而加快原材料的融合,提高搅拌机的混合效果;6)本产品占地面积小且易于修理,非常适合在小型工厂、学校实验室等不配备专业维修人员的地方使用。

  1. 一种自喷气式搅拌器,其特征在于,所述自喷气搅拌器包括动力与传输装置、机械支撑装置、搅拌桨叶、搅拌罐体装置和高压喷气装置,所述动力传输装置架设在机械支撑装置上,并通过所属传动轴与搅拌桨叶相连;所述搅拌罐体装置位于机械支撑装置所属搅拌器支撑横梁下方,搅拌桨叶和传动轴放置在搅拌罐体装置内;所述高压喷气装置位于搅拌罐体右方,并通过所属高压输气管与传动轴相连,所述动力与传输装置包括电机、减速箱、传动皮带和传动轴,所述电机输出端通过传动皮带与减速箱相连;所述减速箱输出端与传动轴相连,所述搅拌罐体装置上设置有报警装置,所述报警装置由传感器和蜂鸣器组成。
