Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Mikroskopanordnung (01) zur dreidimensionalen Aufnahme einer zu mikroskopierenden Probe und zur Darstellung dreidimensionaler Bilder der mikroskopierten Probe. Die Mikroskopanordnung (01) umfasst eine Bildaufnahmeeinheit (02) zur Ermittlung von Aufnahmen der Probe und eine Bildverarbeitungseinheit (03) zur Erzeugung dreidimensionaler Bilder der Probe aus den Aufnahmen der Bildaufnahmeeinheit (02). Die Mikroskopanordnung (01) umfasst weiterhin mindestens eine Anzeigeeinheit (04) zum dreidimensionalen Darstellen der erzeugten dreidimensionalen Bilder der Probe. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Mikroskopanordnung (01) zur Erzeugung und zum Darstellen der dreidimensionalen Bilder der Probe mit einer Bildwiederholfrequenz von mindestens 1 Bild pro Sekunde konfiguriert.
