Abstract

Le compartiment de stockage (1) est utilisé pour stocker un matériau de remplissage. Le compartiment de stockage (1) comprend un couvercle supérieur (13), une plaque inférieure, une plaque latérale avant (11) et une plaque latérale arrière (12). Une sortie de décharge est disposée au niveau de la plaque inférieure pour que le matériau de remplissage passe à travers celle-ci. Le mécanisme d'étalement (2) est utilisé pour étaler le matériau de remplissage. Le mécanisme de commande (4) est utilisé pour commander l'ouverture et la fermeture de la sortie de décharge. Un mécanisme de déplacement (3) est utilisé pour déplacer le mécanisme d'étalement. Le mécanisme de déplacement (3) est disposé au niveau de la plaque inférieure. Le dispositif de la présente invention peut améliorer l'efficacité d'étalement d'un matériau de remplissage, de telle sorte que la qualité d'étalement du matériau de remplissage sur un biseau est augmentée, ce qui permet d'augmenter la qualité de soudage, de réduire l'intensité du travail et de réduire les coûts de production.
