Abstract
Disclosed is a cloned implementation method for an instant message. The method comprises the following steps: a smart terminal acquiring a first application program which needs to be cloned by a user; the smart terminal modifying the name of an installation program of the first application program; and the smart terminal installing the first application, the name of which is modified, as a new application program so as to obtain a clone of the first application program. The technical solution provided in the present invention has the advantage of a good user experience.
