【技术领域】
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种装配卡扣稳固且易于取放的通信设备及其手持机和车载适配器。
【背景技术】
在专业通信行业,车载适配器用于配合手持机在机车(汽车、火车或摩托车)、地铁、舰船等车载环境中使用,同时车载适配器具有音频,射频及充电等性能。车载适配器和手持机的配合,要求两者之间必须要有良好稳定的接触并且易于取放。
由于车载适配器工作环境的不稳定性,对手持机的固定及取出提出了高要求。
在现有技术中,车载适配器的固定和取出的方式主要包括两种:
一、如图1所示,手持机11通过车载适配器12顶部的弹性臂13进行固定。此方式操作简便,但可靠性不高,手持机11容易滑出车载适配器12。
二、如图2所示,手持机21通过车载适配器22顶部的弹性臂23及侧边的音频按键24进行固定,放入手持机21前需先掰开音频按键24,当手持机21的天线滑动到弹性臂23的卡扣位置时,向手持机21施加推力,将手持机21卡入车载适配器22内,将手持机21取下时,需先需掰开音频按键24,再将手持机21取出。此方式可靠性较好,但是操作不便,同时结构相对复杂,使得产品的外形尺寸较大。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种通信设备及其手持机和车载适配器,以解决现有技术中手持机装配卡扣不够稳固及操作不便的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种通信设备,所述通信设备包括手持机和车载适配器,所述车载适配器设有容置槽以用于容置所述手持机,所述车载适配器包括弹性滑动锁扣组件,所述弹性滑动锁扣组件包括可弹性伸缩的锁舌,所述手持机设有锁合孔,所述手持机装入所述容置槽时通过所述锁舌弹性伸入所述锁合孔内构成对所述手持机的锁定,所述锁舌弹性缩回时所述锁合孔与所述锁舌解除锁定以将所述手持机取出所述容置槽。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述锁舌设于所述车载适配器的顶角处,所述手持机包括主体和天线,所述锁合孔设置在所述主体的顶角处。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述锁舌在竖直方向弹性伸缩设置,所述锁合孔竖直设置。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述锁舌具有第一导入面,所述锁合孔的外侧具有第二导入面,将所述手持机装入所述容置槽时,所述第二导入面挤压所述第一导入面使所述锁舌弹性缩回,并在所述手持机装配到位后所述锁舌弹性伸出卡入所述锁合孔内。

根据本发明一优选实施例,所述滑动锁扣包括竖板、横板以及第二凸柱,所述竖板与所述滑动槽滑动配合,所述横板连接于所述竖板的底端,所述锁舌连接于所述横板的末端,所述第二凸柱设于所述横板上,以与所述复位弹簧的底端相套接。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的通信设备及其手持机和车载适配器结构新颖、卡扣稳固、操作方便。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明一实施例提供的手持机的截面结构示意图。
如图3所示,本发明提实施例供一种手持机10,该手持机10一般是指对讲机,该手持机10包括主体11和天线12,主体11的顶角处设有锁合孔101,锁合孔101用于与可弹性伸缩的锁舌201(见图4)配合,其中锁舌201弹性伸入锁合孔101内构成对手持机10的锁定,锁舌201弹性缩回时锁合孔101与锁舌201解除锁定。
其中,上述的顶角为手持机10的左边顶角或右边顶角,锁合孔101可居中设置或相对中间偏移设置。
在本发明实施例中,锁合孔101竖直设置,锁舌201具有第一导入面202(见图4),锁合孔101的外侧具有第二导入面102,第二导入面102用于挤压第一导入面202使锁舌201弹性缩回。
请一并参阅图4和图5,其中,图4是本发明一实施例提供的车载适配器的立体结构示意图; 图5是图4中所示的车载适配器的局部爆炸结构示意图。
如图4所示,本发明实施例还提供一种车载适配器20,车载适配器20设有容置槽203以用于容置手持机10,车载适配器20包括弹性滑动锁扣组件200,弹性滑动锁扣组件200包括可弹性伸缩的锁舌201,手持机10设有锁合孔101(见图3),手持机10装入容置槽203时通过锁舌201弹性伸入锁合孔101内构成对手持机10的锁定,锁舌201弹性缩回时锁合孔101与锁舌201解除锁定以将手持机10取出容置槽203。其中,容置槽203大致呈“匚”形,用于托住手持机10的主体11的底部及主体11的一侧边,并略为高出主体11的顶部。
在本发明实施例中,锁舌201设于车载适配器20的顶角处,锁舌201在竖直方向弹性伸缩设置。其中,顶角为车载适配器20的左边顶角或右边顶角,锁舌201可居中设置或相对中间偏移设置。
如图5所示,弹性滑动锁扣组件200包括顶盖210、固定本体220、滑动锁扣230、复位弹簧240以及按键250。
其中,顶盖210固定于固定本体220上,固定本体220设有滑动槽221,滑动锁扣230与滑动槽221滑动配合,锁舌201设于滑动锁扣230的底端,复位弹簧240的顶端与顶盖210相抵接,复位弹簧240的底端与滑动锁扣230相抵接,按键250与顶盖210和/或固定本体220旋转连接并与滑动锁扣230传动连接,在按键250按下时,滑动锁扣230向上移动,按键250放开时,滑动锁扣230由于复位弹簧240的作用弹性复位。
具体地,顶盖210的下表面设有第一凸柱211,以与复位弹簧240的顶端相套接。
滑动锁扣230包括竖板231、横板232、第二凸柱233(见图7),竖板231与滑动槽221滑动配合,竖板231的侧边设有可卡入滑动槽221的筋板235以及用于与按键250传动配合的扣孔236。
横板232连接于竖板231的底端,锁舌201连接于横板232的末端,第二凸柱233设于横板232上,以与复位弹簧240的底端相套接。
按键250包括扣合部251、主体板252、转轴部253、延伸板254以及按压部255,转轴部253自主体板252的两侧伸出,并与顶盖210和/或固定本体220枢转配合,延伸板254将扣合部251与主体板252连接,按压部255自主体板252斜向翘起延伸以便于按压。
当按压部255按下时,按键250整体基于转轴部253进行旋转,使得扣合部251钩住扣孔236将滑动锁扣230托起,此时,可将固定于车载适配器20内的手持机10取孔。
将手持机10装入车载适配器20时,可先将手持机10的主体11的底端插入容置槽203内,再将手持机10的主体11的顶端朝向锁舌201推动,在此过程中,锁合孔101外侧的第二导入面102会接触到锁舌201的第一导入面202并挤压第一导入面202使锁舌201弹性缩回,在手持机10的主体11推到位时,锁舌201由于复位弹簧240的作用弹性复位卡入锁合孔101内,实现对手持机10的固定,不易脱出。
请一并参阅图3至图7,本发明还提供一种通信设备,该通信设备包括手持机10和车载适配器20。
车载适配器20设有容置槽203以用于容置手持机10,车载适配器20包括弹性滑动锁扣组件200,弹性滑动锁扣组件200包括可弹性伸缩的锁舌201,手持机10设有锁合孔101(见图3),手持机10装入容置槽203时通过锁舌201弹性伸入锁合孔101内构成对手持机10的锁定,锁舌201弹性缩回时锁合孔101与锁舌201解除锁定以将手持机10取出容置槽203。其中,容置槽203大致呈“匚”形,用于托住手持机10的主体11的底部及主体11的一侧边,并略为高出主体11的顶部。
在本发明实施例中,锁舌201设于车载适配器20的顶角处,手持机10包括主体11和天线12,锁合孔101设置在主体11的顶角处。其中,所述的顶角为手持机10的左边顶角或右边顶角,锁合孔101可居中设置或相对中间偏移设置。
在本发明实施例中,锁舌201在竖直方向弹性伸缩设置,锁合孔101竖直设置。
锁舌201具有第一导入面202,锁合孔101的外侧具有第二导入面102,将手持机10装入容置槽203时,第二导入面102挤压第一导入面202使锁舌201弹性缩回,并在手持机10装配到位后锁舌201弹性伸出卡入锁合孔101内。
具体而言,弹性滑动锁扣组件200包括顶盖210、固定本体220、滑动锁扣230、复位弹簧240以及按键250。
其中,顶盖210固定于固定本体220上,固定本体220设有滑动槽221,滑动锁扣230与滑动槽221滑动配合,锁舌201设于滑动锁扣230的底端,复位弹簧240的顶端与顶盖210相抵接,复位弹簧240的底端与滑动锁扣230相抵接。
其中,顶盖210下表面设有第一凸柱211,以与复位弹簧240的顶端相套接。
滑动锁扣230包括竖板231、横板232以及第二凸柱233。竖板231与滑动槽221滑动配合,竖板231的侧边设有可卡入滑动槽221的筋板235以及用于与按键250传动配合的扣孔236。
横板232连接于竖板231的底端,锁舌201连接于横板232的末端,第二凸柱233设于横板232上,以与复位弹簧240的底端相套接。
滑动锁扣230还包括围壁234,围壁234设置在横板232上并围合于第二凸柱233侧边,用于在轴向方向收容复位弹簧240。
按键250与顶盖210和/或固定本体220旋转连接并与竖板231传动连接,在按键250按下时,滑动锁扣230向上移动使得锁舌201与锁合孔101解除锁定,此时可将手持机10取出车载适配器20,按键250放开时,竖板231由于复位弹簧240的作用弹性复位。
按键250包括扣合部251、主体板252、转轴部253、延伸板254以及按压部255,转轴部253自主体板252的两侧伸出,并与顶盖210和/或固定本体220枢转配合,延伸板254将扣合部251与主体板252连接,按压部255自主体板252斜向翘起延伸以便于按压,扣合部251与扣孔236钩扣配合。
在本发明实施例中,顶盖210和固定本体220还设有U型卡口212(见图5),U型卡扣用于收容天线12。使用本发明提供的通信设备时,可先将手持机10的底端插入容置槽203,再将手持机10的上部推向滑动锁扣230使得锁舌201弹性缩回并复位伸入锁合孔101内构成对手持机10的锁定,将手持机10取出车载适配器20时,可按下按压部255使得锁舌201弹性缩回,此时锁合孔101与锁舌201解除锁定便可将手持机10取出容置槽203。
综上所述,本领域技术人员容易理解,本发明提供的通信设备及其手持机和车载适配器结构新颖、卡扣稳固、操作方便。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种通信设备,其特征在于,所述通信设备包括手持机和车载适配器,所述车载适配器设有容置槽以用于容置所述手持机,所述车载适配器包括弹性滑动锁扣组件,所述弹性滑动锁扣组件包括可弹性伸缩的锁舌,所述手持机设有锁合孔,所述手持机装入所述容置槽时通过所述锁舌弹性伸入所述锁合孔内构成对所述手持机的锁定,所述锁舌弹性缩回时所述锁合孔与所述锁舌解除锁定以将所述手持机取出所述容置槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述锁舌设于所述车载适配器的顶角处,所述手持机包括主体和天线,所述锁合孔设置在所述主体的顶角处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述锁舌在竖直方向弹性伸缩设置,所述锁合孔竖直设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述锁舌具有第一导入面,所述锁合孔的外侧具有第二导入面,将所述手持机装入所述容置槽时,所述第二导入面挤压所述第一导入面使所述锁舌弹性缩回,并在所述手持机装配到位后所述锁舌弹性伸出卡入所述锁合孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述弹性滑动锁扣组件包括顶盖、固定本体、滑动锁扣以及复位弹簧,所述顶盖固定于所述固定本体上,所述固定本体设有滑动槽,所述滑动锁扣与所述滑动槽滑动配合,所述锁舌设于所述滑动锁扣的底端,所述复位弹簧的顶端与所述顶盖相抵接,所述复位弹簧的底端与所述滑动锁扣相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述顶盖设有第一凸柱,以与所述复位弹簧的顶端相套接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述滑动锁扣包括竖板、横板以及第二凸柱,所述竖板与所述滑动槽滑动配合,所述横板连接于所述竖板的底端,所述锁舌连接于所述横板的末端,所述第二凸柱设于所述横板上,以与所述复位弹簧的底端相套接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述滑动锁扣还包括围壁,所述围壁设置在所述横板上并围合于所述第二凸柱的侧边,用于在轴向方向收容所述复位弹簧。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述弹性滑动锁扣组件还包括按键,所述按键与所述顶盖和/或所述固定本体旋转连接并与所述竖板传动连接,在所述按键按下时,所述滑动锁扣向上移动,所述按键放开时,所述竖板由于所述复位弹簧的作用弹性复位。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述竖板设有扣孔,所述按键包括与所述扣孔配合的扣合部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述按键还包括主体板、转轴部以及延伸板,所述转轴部自所述主体板的两侧伸出,所述延伸板将所述扣合部与所述主体板连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述按键还包括按压部,所述按压部自所述主体板斜向翘起延伸以便于按压。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述顶盖和所述固定本体还设有U型卡口,所述U型卡扣用于收容所述天线。
  14. 一种手持机,其特征在于,所述手持机包括主体和天线,所述主体的顶角处设有锁合孔,所述锁合孔用于与可弹性伸缩的锁舌配合,其中所述锁舌弹性伸入所述锁合孔内构成对所述手持机的锁定,所述锁舌弹性缩回时所述锁合孔与所述锁舌解除锁定。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的手持机,其特征在于,所述锁合孔竖直设置,所述锁舌具有第一导入面,所述锁合孔的外侧具有第二导入面,所述第二导入面用于挤压所述第一导入面使所述锁舌弹性缩回。
  16. 一种车载适配器,其特征在于,所述车载适配器设有容置槽以用于容置手持机,所述车载适配器包括弹性滑动锁扣组件,所述弹性滑动锁扣组件包括可弹性伸缩的锁舌,所述手持机设有锁合孔,所述手持机装入所述容置槽时通过所述锁舌弹性伸入所述锁合孔内构成对所述手持机的锁定,所述锁舌弹性缩回时所述锁合孔与所述锁舌解除锁定以将所述手持机取出所述容置槽。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的车载适配器,其特征在于,所述锁舌设于所述车载适配器的顶角处,所述锁舌在竖直方向弹性伸缩设置。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的车载适配器,其特征在于,所述弹性滑动锁扣组件包括顶盖、固定本体、滑动锁扣、复位弹簧以及按键,所述顶盖固定于所述固定本体上,所述固定本体设有滑动槽,所述滑动锁扣与所述滑动槽滑动配合,所述锁舌设于所述滑动锁扣的底端,所述复位弹簧的顶端与所述顶盖相抵接,所述复位弹簧的底端与所述滑动锁扣相抵接,所述按键与所述顶盖和/或所述固定本体旋转连接并与所述滑动锁扣传动连接,在所述按键按下时,所述滑动锁扣向上移动,所述按键放开时,所述滑动锁扣由于所述复位弹簧的作用弹性复位。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的车载适配器,其特征在于,所述顶盖设有第一凸柱,以与所述复位弹簧的顶端相套接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的车载适配器,其特征在于,所述滑动锁扣包括竖板、横板以及第二凸柱,所述竖板与所述滑动槽滑动配合,所述横板连接于所述竖板的底端,所述锁舌连接于所述横板的末端,所述第二凸柱设于所述横板上,以与所述复位弹簧的底端相套接。
