L'invention vise à convertir la force (poids) de véhicule automobiles (V) en mouvement de rotation inertiel en raccordant l'axe de rotation (3) à des générateurs d'énergie électrique. À cet effet, un agencement consiste en un mécanisme multiplicateur (10) accouplé à l'extrémité de l'axe (3) ayant pour fonction de multiplier la vitesse obtenue par les disques massifs (1) et de transmettre cette vitesse multipliée à un troisième disque (1a) par l'intermédiaire d'un second axe (3a), le système pouvant être relié à un générateur d'énergie électrique ou à un autre dispositif à action motrice, potentialisant ainsi la génération d'énergie du mécanisme.
