Abstract
本発明の固定式等速自在継手(3)は、外側継手部材(31)と、内側継手部材(32)と、8個のボール(33)と、保持器(34)とを備える。外側継手部材(31)のトラック溝(31d)の曲率中心(O31d)と、内側継手部材(32)のトラック溝(32e)の曲率中心(O32e)とは、それぞれ継手中心(O(f))に対して軸方向反対側に等距離だけオフセットしている。また、ボール(33)のピッチ円径(PCDBALL)とボール(33)の直径(DBALL)との比(PCDBALL)/(DBALL)を3.70~3.87としている。更に、内側継手部材(32)のトラック溝(32e)の軸方向長さ(WI・TRUCK)とボールの直径(DBALL)との比(WI・TRUCK/DBALL)を1.1~1.3としている。
