下面,参照图1至图4,描述根据本发明的滑雪靴的总体构造。图1示出了根据本发明的实施方式的滑雪靴的外壳的透视图。如图1所示,外壳100被设计成是刚性的,以便容纳内靴200(见图4)。外壳100本身可以由刚性的合成材料制成,其具有较大的穿孔以使得它更轻并在内靴200穿入其中时允许内靴200可见。但是,也可以不形成这些穿孔。
外壳100的尺寸使得内靴可以穿入其中以及从其中脱出,并且外壳和内靴可以组合成滑雪靴。如图1和2所示,外壳100包括左侧部分110和右侧部分120,所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分可处于彼此分离一定距离的分开状态和彼此接合的闭合状态。
所述左侧部分110包括鞋底左侧部分111和鞋面左侧部分112,所述右侧部分120包括鞋底右侧部分121和鞋面右侧部分122,另外,所述外壳还包括鞋面后侧部分130和锁紧机构140。
如图3和图4所示,鞋底左侧部分111和鞋面左侧部分112例如由合成材料一体形成,鞋底右侧部分121和鞋面右侧部分122例如由合成材料一体形成。
在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121之间,设置有多个弹性连接构件150,例如鞋底弹簧,该弹簧具有多种功能,例如,如下面将描述的,在锁紧机构释放时能够将鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121自动弹开一定距离,同时,防止鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121彻底脱开,并且允许鞋底左侧部分111以及其上的鞋面左侧部分112相对于鞋底右侧部分121以及其上的鞋面右侧部分122转动,使得外壳100大角度张开,起到类似铰链的作用。并且,该弹性连接构件150在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121要相互闭合时起到导向定位的作用。尽管在图中示出了螺旋弹簧,但是也可以采用起到类似作用的例如橡胶的弹性构件等。在图中示出了包括四个鞋底弹簧,但是显然本发明并不局限于鞋底弹簧的具体数量。
另外,在鞋面左侧部分112和鞋面右侧部分122之间,还设置有鞋面分离构件160,例如鞋面分离弹簧。如图所示,该鞋面分离弹簧160设置在鞋面左侧部分112和鞋面右侧部分122的鞋尖部分之间,并且被示为扭转弹簧,并且扭转弹簧160的两个支腿161和162分别固定在鞋面左侧部分112和鞋面右侧部分122上,以将所述鞋面左侧部分112和鞋面右侧部分122朝向彼此分离的状态偏压。
为了保证外壳100的左侧部分110和右侧部分120之间的准确配合,在左侧部分110和右侧部分120之间设置有定位构件。
具体地说,如图所示,在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121二者内沿着鞋底的横向形成多个贯穿孔(未示出),优选地为空心的销钉114穿入鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121中的一个内形成的孔中,并且在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121中的另一个内的相对应的孔内设置有空心的套筒(未示出),以与所述销钉114配合。由此,在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121配合时,销钉114可以穿入到套筒内,以保证鞋底的两个部分的正确对准。另外,如图所示,鞋底弹簧150套设在该销钉114和套筒上。通过如此设置弹簧和定位构件,可以减少在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121上形成孔的数量,由此防止减弱鞋底强度并节省了加工成本。
另外,在鞋面左侧部分112和鞋面右侧部分122的相配合边缘上也形成多个定位构件。如图所示,该定位构件包括在鞋面左侧部分112的边缘的多个位置处分别形成有圆形的突起115,而在鞋面右侧部分122的相对应位置处形成有半圆形的凹陷125,在鞋面左侧部分112和鞋面右侧部分122彼此配合时,该圆形突起115配合到凹陷125中,由此,保证鞋面左侧部分112和鞋面右侧部分122之间的准确定位。但是,突起和凹陷的位置可以对掉。
在所述鞋底左侧部分111或鞋底右侧部分121上还设置有挡片117或127,所述挡片117或127沿着所述鞋底左侧部分111或鞋底右侧部分121的长度方向延伸并设置在鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121之间的分界处,以阻挡鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121之间的间隙。通过设置挡片117或127,可以防止雪或水从鞋底 左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分121之间的间隙渗入到外壳100中。
所述外壳还设置有锁紧机构150。该锁紧机构150设置在鞋面左侧部分112上大约脚踝的位置处。
如图2、图4和图7所示,锁紧机构150包括拉线151和151’和锁紧器152。
拉线151的一端通过调节器153固定在鞋面左侧部分的靠近鞋尖的位置处,并且从该位置起向斜下方延伸到鞋底右侧部分内形成的导引通道113和123,并且通过该导引通道113和123多次跨过鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分之间的分界边缘延伸,并且最终再斜向上延伸到达锁紧器152的用于拉线151的绳槽。拉线151’类似地从调节器154开始,围绕鞋面左侧部分和鞋面右侧部分的前侧和右侧缠绕之后到达锁紧器150的用于拉线151’的绳槽。如上面所述,拉线151通过鞋底左侧部分111和鞋底右侧部分112的导引通道113和123与上面设置定位构件的贯穿孔相同,使得拉线151在空心的销钉114和套筒124之内穿过,这样,可以节省在鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分内钻孔的数量并降低加工成本。但是,显然也可以为拉线151设置单独的导引通道。另外,在每个导引通道113和123的开口和出口处,设置有滑轮,以降低拉线151被拉动的阻力。
另外,可选的是,由于在闭合外壳100时,需要卷入的拉线151和拉线151’的长度有可能不同,因此,用于拉线151的绳槽的直径和用于拉线151’的绳槽的直径可以设计为彼此不同,以便同时将拉线151和151’拉紧。
另外,可选的是,为了协调鞋面拉线和鞋底拉线的缠绕进度,锁紧器上可以设置有三个绳槽,在这三个绳槽中,用于鞋面拉线的绳槽的直径大于其他两个用于鞋底拉线的绳槽的直径,并且鞋面拉线151’从两侧引入到用于鞋面拉线的绳槽中,以便在缠绕时,拉线从两侧被同时缠绕在绳槽中并且拉线彼此覆盖而快速增大槽的直径,这又进一步加快拉线被拉紧。用于鞋底的拉线的两端分别缠绕在小直径的每个槽中,并且二者之间没有覆盖,由此,以比用于鞋面拉线慢的速度被收紧,由此使得鞋底拉线和鞋面拉线彼此大致同时被拉紧,而将外壳 置于闭合状态。
另外地或可替代的,如上面提到的,通过设置调节器153,可以根据需要卷入或放出拉线151或151’。例如,在脚踝或小腿比较细的滑雪者穿入外壳100中时,可以通过调节器153卷入多余的拉线151’,从而缩短拉线151’,使得在锁紧机构150工作时,可以同时拉紧鞋底和鞋面。而在小腿较粗的滑雪者使用时,可以通过调节器153放出拉线151’,从而达到鞋底拉线151和鞋面拉线151’同时拉紧的效果。
另外,为了引导鞋面拉线151’,在鞋面左侧部分112和鞋面右侧部分122的适当位置处设置有导管116和126,以防止拉线161在拉紧和放松的过程中彼此纠缠,并使得拉线151’被平顺地拉动。
所述拉线例如可以由高强度尼龙或碳纤维制成。
如图2和4所示,在鞋面左侧部分112的靠近鞋底的位置处,还铰接有鞋面后侧部分130,在鞋面左侧部分112和鞋面右侧部分122彼此闭合时,该鞋面后侧部分130位于由鞋面左侧部分1112和鞋面右侧部分122构成的鞋帮的内侧,以便于内靴的穿入和脱出。
调节器的结构
下面,参照图6A和6B,描述调节器153的结构。
调节器153包括固定于鞋面左侧部分112或鞋面右侧部分122上的外壳1531、可旋转地设置在所述外壳1531上的绳槽1532、形成在所述绳槽1532的外周边上的棘齿1533、被偏压以与所述棘齿1533啮合的棘爪1534、以及将所述棘爪1534向与所述棘轮1533啮合的方向偏压的偏压装置1535,例如弹簧。所述棘爪1534可枢转地设置在外壳1531上,并包括与棘齿1533啮合的尖端部分1536和与所述尖端部分1536相对的释放端1537。所述弹簧1535一端固定在所述外壳1531上,而另一端固定在所述释放端1537附近,以拉动所述释放端1537,从而使得所述棘爪1534顺时针转动,并使得所述尖端部分1536与所述棘齿1533啮合。所述绳槽1532的突出外壳1531的端部还设置有插口1538,以供工具(未示出)插入来旋转该绳槽1532。在拉线151或151’过长时,可以将工具,例如螺丝刀插入到该插扣1538中,以转动绳槽1532,从而将过长的拉线151或151’卷入。由 于棘齿和棘爪的单向旋转特性,绳槽只能在卷入拉线的方向上被转动。在拉线151或151’过短而需要放出一定长度的拉线时,可以通过工具(未示出)扳动释放端1537,使得棘爪1534逆时针方向转动而将棘爪的尖端部分1536与棘齿1533脱开,从而绳槽1532可以自由转动,以通过拉动拉线而放出拉线。
锁紧器的结构和操作方式
下面,参照图7A和7B描述锁紧器152的第一实施例。
锁紧器152通过支架19固定在鞋面左侧部分112或鞋面右侧部分122上,这取决于具体的设计。并且锁紧器152包括固定在支架19上的轴18,以及依次套在轴18上的内锁紧片17、分离弹簧15、双面棘轮16、离合弹簧20、外锁紧片14、异形垫片13、内挡片11、凸轮10、凸轮随动件9、触动片7、缓冲弹簧6、垫片5、外盖2和锁紧螺钉1。内锁紧片17相对于支架19固定,并且内锁紧片17上设置有可选择地与双面棘轮16的内侧棘齿161接合的棘爪(未标识),分离弹簧15设置在双面棘轮16和内锁紧片17之间,并且将双面棘轮16向外,即,朝向将双面棘轮16的内侧棘齿161与内锁紧片17的棘爪脱开的方向偏压双面棘轮16。双面棘轮16在相对的两侧上包括棘齿,即,上述内侧棘齿161和外侧棘齿162,所述内侧棘齿161和外侧棘齿162具有相同的倾斜方向,即,使得在与相对应的棘爪啮合时,棘轮仅可以在一个相同方向上转动,并且可转动且可轴向滑动地套在轴18上,线槽(未标识)与该双面棘轮16一体形成,拉线151或151’可以缠绕在该线槽内。
离合弹簧20、外锁紧片14、异形垫片13和内挡片11依次从双面棘轮16向外可转动且可轴向滑动设置在轴18上,外锁紧片14、异形垫片13和内挡片11例如通过铆钉或焊接固定到一起。外锁紧片14具有可以选择地与双面棘轮16的外侧棘齿162相啮合的棘爪,例如三个棘爪,该棘爪为从外锁紧片14直接冲压出来。异形垫片13在圆周上具有三个缺口,该缺口与外锁紧片14的三个棘爪相对应,以便为棘爪的弹性变形提供空间。
内挡片11包括在其外周上相对设置的挡块4以及在其外周上设置的驱动凹口3。
在内挡片11的外侧,还固定有凸轮10,该凸轮10例如通过焊接固定于其上。触发片7紧邻内挡片11设置,并且在触发片7上例如通过焊接固定有凸轮随动件9,该凸轮随动件9抵靠在凸轮10的凸轮面上。
触发片7在外周上沿直径相对的位置设置有凸耳2,以供操作者抓持。在触发片7的外周上还设置有驱动凹口3’,该驱动凹口3’的形状与内挡片11上的驱动凹口3的形状相同。在触发片7的外侧设置有缓冲弹簧6和外盖5。所述外盖5通过螺钉(未标识)连接到轴18上,防止锁紧器的全部零件从轴18上脱落。
在需要卷入拉线151或151’以将外壳100置于闭合状态时,首先,例如,通过抓持触发片7上的两个凸耳2转动触发片7直到两个凸耳2分别与内挡片11上的两个挡块4抵靠,此时,触发片7上的驱动凹口3’与内挡片11上的驱动凹口3对准。触发片7的转动带动凸轮随动件9在凸轮10上滑动,由此将凸轮10沿轴向向内推动,该推动导致凸轮10以及与之连接的内挡片11克服分离弹簧15和离合弹簧20的弹力而向内移动,使得外锁紧片14的棘爪与双面棘轮16的外侧棘齿162啮合,且内锁紧片17上的棘爪与双面棘轮16的内侧棘轮161啮合,使得双面棘轮16只能在一个方向,即,卷入拉线151或151’的方向上转动。此时,如图7C所示,驱动工具1包括圆盖状的主体101、形成在主体一侧的例如呈六棱柱状的连接头102以及形成在主体的另一侧上的圆周上的驱动销103,该驱动销103的尺寸等于或稍小于驱动凹口3、3’的尺寸。通过将驱动工具1的主体101扣在锁紧器的外盖5上并同时使得驱动销103插入到相互对齐的驱动凹口3和3’内,借助于电动或气动或手动驱动器与该驱动工具1的连接头102连接而使得驱动工具1转动,进而带动触发片7、内挡片11、内锁紧片14、双面棘轮16一起转动,而将拉线151或151’卷入,进而拉紧拉线151或151’,将外壳100置于闭合状态。在需要将外壳100置于分开状态以将内靴200从外壳100中抽出时,沿相反方向转动触 发片7,由此,凸轮随动件9在凸轮10上的推动作用被释放,在分离弹簧15和离合弹簧20的作用下,内锁紧片17的棘爪与双面棘轮16的内侧棘齿161以及外锁紧片14的棘爪与双面棘轮16的外侧棘齿161的啮合被解脱,使得双面棘轮16处于自由旋转状态,对拉线151或151’的拉紧力被解除。在鞋底弹簧150和鞋面分离构件160的作用下,左侧部分110和右侧部分120分开,使得外壳100处于分开状态。
要指出的是,所述外部驱动器180可以是手动工具,也可以是电动驱动工具、气动驱动工具等,本发明并不局限于此。另外,该外部驱动器180也可通过形成在左侧鞋面部分或右侧鞋面部分上的卡扣、绳套等固定在左侧或右侧鞋面部分上,以便于携带,如图4所示。
下面,参照图8A和8B描述锁紧器152的第二实施例。
如图8A和8B所示,锁紧器152包括固定在鞋面左侧部分112或鞋面右侧部分122上的壳体1521、可旋转地设置在壳体1521上的涡轮1522、与涡轮1522一体形成且其上缠绕拉线151或151’的绳槽1523、与所述涡轮1522啮合以驱动所述涡轮1522转动的蜗杆1524、驱动蜗杆1524转动的驱动器,例如电机1525、给所述驱动器1525供能以使得驱动器1525驱动所述蜗杆1524转动的开关(未示出)以及释放所述蜗杆1524和所述涡轮1522之间的啮合的释放机构。所述释放机构包括大致Z字形的支架1526,所述支架1526在一个端部处可摆动地连接到所述壳体1521上,且所述支架1526的另一端部处形成有孔,所述螺杆1524的未与电机1525相连接的一端插入到所述孔内并在所述孔内可转动。所述释放机构还包括弹簧1527,所述弹簧1527偏压所述支架1526以使得所述蜗杆1524远离涡轮1522,即,所述蜗杆1524与所述涡轮1522脱开移动。所述释放机构还包括将所述支架1526保持在其中所述涡轮1522与所述蜗杆1524相啮合的位置的保持机构,该保持机构包括销轴1528和触动按钮1529,所述销轴1528固定在支架1521上突出的挡片15211上且所述弹簧1527缠绕在所述销轴1528上,使得所述弹簧1528被压缩在所述挡片15211和所述支架1526之间。所述销轴1528在其外圆周上还形成有凹槽, 所述触动按钮1529形成有挡片15291,该挡片15291形成有孔,所述销轴1528从所述孔中穿过。所述触动按钮1529例如通过弹簧(未标识)偏压,使得所述挡片15291卡在所述销轴1528的凹槽内。所述挡片15291设置在所述支架1526的外侧,由此阻挡所述支架1526被弹簧1528推动。另外,所述锁紧器152还包括电源154,如电池,该电池可以是可再充电电池,以便在电力耗尽时再次充电。可替代的是,该电池可以是一次电池,以便在电力耗尽时更换。
下面描述锁紧器152的第二实施方式的操作方式。
在需要拉紧拉线151和151’以使得外壳处于闭合状态时,按动按钮,以为电机1525供电,电机1525驱动螺杆1524转动,进而驱动涡轮1522转动,涡轮1522的转动使得与之成一体的绳槽卷入拉线151和151’。在需要将外壳100置于分开状态时,按动触动按钮1529,使得触动按钮1529的挡片15291从销轴1528的凹槽中脱开,由此,挡片15291可以在销轴1528上滑动,这样,挡片15291对支架1526的阻挡作用被解脱,支架1526在弹簧1528的作用下摆动,使得蜗杆1524与涡轮1522的啮合脱开,涡轮1522处于可自由旋转的状态。依靠鞋底弹簧150和鞋面分离构件160的作用下,左侧部分110和右侧部分120分开,使得外壳100处于分开状态。
另外,锁紧器152还可以包括控制器,该控制器可以控制电机被供能或者涡轮1522和蜗杆1524的脱离。例如,该控制器可以通过无线或有线的方式从用户接收指令,以将外壳100置于分开状态或闭合状态。在无线接收指令的情况下,例如,该控制器通过无线的方式与滑雪者的智能手机连通,并且滑雪者可以通过例如安装在智能手机上的应用程序向控制器发送指令,以允许控制器控制锁紧器操作,从而将外壳100置于闭合状态或分开状态。这对于体型稍胖而弯腰困难等的滑雪者而言,极大的方便了滑雪靴的使用。并且,控制器可以将滑雪靴的状态实时发送到滑雪者的智能电话,以方便滑雪者在智能电话上查看。
报警器
在一个实施方式中,如图9所示,外壳100还设置有报警器170,该报警器170可以包括用于感测外壳100的姿态的传感器171,例如陀螺仪;用于感测外壳100所处的地理位置的传感器172,例如GPS传感器;用于感测滑雪者的脚(无内靴的情况下)或者穿戴了内靴200的脚已经插入外壳100内的传感器173,该传感器173例如可以通过压力传感器或温度传感器来实现;以及处理器174,所述处理器174被构造成接收来自传感器173的输入来判断外壳100是否已经由滑雪者穿戴,并且在确定外壳100已经由滑雪者穿戴的情况下,判断外壳100的姿态,例如,判断外壳100相对于地面的角度,并且在该角度超过一定阈值,例如超过45度的情况下并且在该情况持续一定时间段,例如持续超过五分钟的情况下,确定滑雪者跌倒或处于危险状态,并且指示报警器170报警。所述报警可以通过天线向外界发送求救信号来实现。发送求救信号可以包括向指定电话号码发送短消息、微信信息;向警察局发送求救信号;利用电报电文发送求救信号等。所述报警器还可以包括发送外壳100的GPS位置信息;点亮外壳100上配备的报警灯和/或扬声器,以发出声音和/或光报警。
通过设置报警器170,可以在滑雪者遇到危险的情况下发出报警信息,以便救援者快速锁定滑雪者的位置并且进行施救。
另外,报警器170还可以包括快速报警按钮,以便在滑雪者意识到危险的情况下按动,并随即发出报警信息。
另外,在采用锁紧器152的第二实施例的情况下,处理器174可以与控制器连通或者为控制器的一部分,或者,控制器可以起到处理器174的作用。在这种情况下,滑雪者可以通过其智能电话和控制器之间的连通而查看其当前的位置、经过的路线等信息,并且滑雪者也可以通过其智能电话设置报警器,例如,设置紧急联系电话等,以便在发生危险的情况下,报警器向该紧急联系电话发送消息或呼救信息。
内靴
下面,参照图5描述根据本发明的实施方式的内靴200。
内靴200包括不同的柔软衬垫材料,确保保温、防水和舒适。但是,内靴的鞋底可以由较硬的橡胶或合成材料制成,使得内靴能够被单独穿戴而在雪地或路面上行走。由于在外壳100上形成有大的穿孔以减轻重量,因此,内靴200通过该穿孔漏出,使得内靴需要一定的防水性能。由此,内靴可以由防水材料制成。例如,内靴可以由皮革、Goretex、尼龙等制成,并具有柔软的衬垫材料。
内靴200还可以包括加热器(未示出),例如,所述加热器包括嵌入在内靴200的材料中的电热丝。所述内靴200还包括设置在所述内靴200的鞋跟处的触头210,在所述内靴200插入到所述外壳100中时,所述触头210可以与外壳100内的设置在相应位置的触头181(在图11中示意性示出)相接触,以便将设置在所述外壳100上的电源与所述内靴200的加热器连通,使得加热器工作,以为滑雪者的脚部提供热量。
所述电池可以为设置在外壳100上的单独的电池或者在采用根据本发明的锁紧器152的第二实施例的情况下,可以是与锁紧器152中的电源共同的电源。并且,滑雪者例如可以通过智能电话输入其期望的内靴温度,并且控制器可以基于该期望的内靴温度控制电池对加热器的供电,以便将内靴的温度保持在滑雪者期望的内靴温度。
可替代的是,内靴200上,例如在内靴200的鞋底部位上设置有电源220,如可充电电池,该电源可以为内靴200上的加热器供电,以便在出发去滑雪道之前手动开启,使得该电源为内靴200供电,保证在滑雪者到达滑雪道的过程中,内靴200保持在舒适的温度。
在到达滑雪道时,在滑雪者将内靴200穿入到外壳100内时,内靴200上的触头与外壳100上的相对应触头连接,并且响应于感测到内靴200穿入到外壳100中,供电从内靴200自身的电源220切换到外壳100的电源154,并且,该外壳100的电源可以在外壳100上的控制器的控制下向内靴200供电,以将内靴保持在适当的温度或者由滑雪者设定的温度。感测内靴200穿入到外壳100中例如可以通过压力传感器来实现,该压力传感器感测到的压力处于预定的范围内时,指示滑雪者已经穿入内靴200并且将内靴200穿入外壳100中。在滑 雪者将内靴200从外壳100中脱出时,根据来自所述压力传感器的信号,外壳100向内靴的供电被切断,内靴200根据用户的需要切换到依靠自身的电源供电。
滑雪靴的第二实施方式
上面描述了包括外壳100和内靴200的滑雪靴,但是,根据本发明的滑雪靴也可以不包括内靴200。
图10是示出根据本发明第二实施方式的滑雪靴的示意图,图中仅绘出了第二实施方式的滑雪靴与上述滑雪靴的不同之处,而因此,没有显示其他细节并且省略了重复的描述。
例如,如图10所示,外壳100的内侧设置有可充气气囊190以及为气囊190充气的充气泵(未示出)。在外壳100上还设置有充气按钮(未示出),以便在滑雪者将脚穿入到外壳内时,按动充气按钮以为气囊190充气,直到外壳100的气囊190膨胀到适应滑雪者的脚的程度。这种充气外壳本身起到滑雪靴的作用,对使用者的尺码,甚至是否连带常用鞋一同穿入,都可以被稳固在充气外壳中。外壳100上还设置有为充气泵供电的电源。在采用锁紧器152的第二实施例的情况下,该电源可以与锁紧器的电源相同,并且充气泵也可以由控制器来控制,以便滑雪者可以通过智能电话等便携终端来控制充气泵的充气和放气。
可替代的是,上述充气泵可以是单独的外部充气泵,而所述外壳100上设置有充气口,以便在需要充气时,将外部充气泵的气嘴与充气口相连接。

根据本发明,还提供了一种与滑雪靴配合使用的滑雪板300。如图11所示,该滑雪板300包括与滑雪靴卡合的卡合部分310、雪板部分320和靠近其后端设置在雪板部分320上的发电部分330。在一个实施例中,发电部分330包括摩擦轮331和发电机332,摩擦轮331的外周延伸通过雪板部分320中的开口321,以便在滑雪板300滑行 时与滑雪板300经过的雪面摩擦,使得摩擦轮331转动,进而带动发电机332转动而发电。另外的或作为替代,雪板部分320上可以设置有太阳能电池板333,以便在阳光照射下发电。在卡合部分310内包括触头311,在滑雪靴卡合到该滑雪板上时,该触头311可以与滑雪靴的外壳100上的相对应触头接触,由此将发电部分330产生的电力传送到外壳100,以为外壳100的电池充电或者作为电源为滑雪靴内的用电部件供电,该用电部件例如包括内靴中的加热器。由此,在滑雪过程中,可以不断向加热器供电,以保持内靴的温度,不必考虑外壳携带的电池的容量。
另外,发电部分并不局限于发电机或者太阳能电池板,也可以采用诸如半导体发电元件,该半导体发电元件在一侧处接触滑雪板之下的雪地,而另一侧设置在滑雪板上部,利用两侧之间的温度差而发电。
滑雪靴的操纵方法
在采用锁紧器152的第二实施例的情况下,根据本发明的滑雪靴可以按照如下方法使用。
如图12所示,该图是滑雪靴的使用流程图。控制器例如根据来自压力传感器或温度传感器的信号判断滑雪者是否将内靴200穿入到外壳100内(S100),如果判断结果为是,则控制器触发报警器电路,例如,给报警器电路供电(S120)。控制器接收来自滑雪者的指令,该指令例如通过滑雪者的智能电话传输到控制器,并在接收到闭合外壳的指令时,控制器给锁紧器152的电机供能,以启动电机进而将外壳100置于闭合状态(S130)。在电机持续拉紧拉线151和151’的情况下,控制器判断拉线151和151’是否已经拉紧(S140),这可以通过接收来自判断拉线151和151’是否拉紧的传感器的信号来实现,该传感器例如是力传感器、压力传感器或电流传感器,当力传感器感测的拉线的拉力大于预定值;电流传感器感测的电机的电流超过预定值或者外壳的左侧部分110和右侧部分120之间的压力大于预定值时,控制器确定拉线151和151’已经被拉紧,且外壳已经被置于闭合状态,此时,控制器断开电机的电流(S150)。此时,滑雪者可以 将滑雪靴扣合在滑雪板上开始滑雪。并且,控制器可以接收例如来自GPS传感器和陀螺仪的信号,并将指示的滑雪者的位置的信息和滑雪靴的姿态的信息传送到滑雪者的智能电话,以便滑雪者掌握自身的滑雪情况,并且该信息可以显示在滑雪者的智能电话的屏幕上或存储在智能电话中。
在陀螺仪的信号指示滑雪靴倒伏持续一定时间时,例如,滑雪靴倾倒超过45度角并且持续了超过5分钟的时间,控制器确定滑雪者跌倒并且遇到危险(S160),控制器触发报警器以发出报警信号并向指定电话或目的地发送报警信息,该报警信息可以包括例如微信、短信息、电报电文等。报警信号也可以包括发出声音或光亮(S170)。
尽管上面对本发明的优选实施方式进行的详细描述,但是鉴于上面的描述,本领域技术人员可以构想到各种改进和变型。因此,本发明不应局限于上述具体的实施方式,本发明的保护范围仅由所附的权利要求及其等价物限定。

Claims (77)

  1. 一种用于滑雪靴的外壳,所述外壳包括左侧部分和右侧部分,所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分能够在彼此平移分开一定距离的平移分开状态和彼此闭合的闭合状态之间切换,在所述平移分开状态下,所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分能够相对于彼此枢转,所述外壳还包括锁紧机构和分离偏压装置,所述锁紧机构被构造成将所述外壳保持在所述闭合状态,并可被释放以允许所述外壳被置于所述平移分开状态,所述分离偏压装置被构造成将所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分向所述平移分开状态偏压。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的外壳,其中,所述左侧部分包括鞋面左侧部分和鞋底左侧部分,所述右侧部分包括鞋面右侧部分和鞋底右侧部分,在所述闭合状态下,所述鞋面左侧部分与所述鞋面右侧部分接合,而所述鞋底左侧部分与所述鞋底右侧部分接合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的外壳,其中,所述分离偏压装置包括设置在所述鞋面左侧部分和鞋面右侧部分之间以将所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分朝向彼此远离方向偏压的鞋面弹簧和/或设置在所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分之间以将所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分向彼此远离方向偏压的鞋底弹簧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的外壳,其中,所述鞋面弹簧为扭转弹簧,所述扭转弹簧的两个端部分别固定到所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分上,且/或所述鞋底弹簧为螺旋弹簧,并且在所述闭合位置,所述弹簧被压缩在所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的外壳,其中,在所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分之间的交界上设置有多个定位构件,以保证所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分之间的正确对准并提供闭合的鞋面左侧部分和鞋面右侧部分作为一个整体的刚性。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的外壳,其中,所述定位构件包括形成在所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分中的一个上的圆形突块以及形成在所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分上的另一个上的半圆 形凹槽。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的外壳,其中,所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分之间设置有定位构件,以保证所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分之间的正确对准并提供闭合的鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分作为一个整体的刚性。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的外壳,其中,所述定位构件包括设置在所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分中的一个内的定位销和设置在所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分中的另一个内的用于接收所述定位销的套筒。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的外壳,其中,所述鞋底弹簧套设在所述定位销和所述套筒的周围上。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的外壳,其中,所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分中的一个的外侧上还设置有挡片,在所述外壳处于平移分开状态时,所述挡片遮挡所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分之间的间隙。
  11. 如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧机构包括锁紧器和拉线。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的外壳,其中,所述拉线包括鞋面拉线和鞋底拉线,所述锁紧器设置在所述鞋面左侧部分或鞋面右侧部分的大致中间位置处。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的外壳,其中,所述鞋底拉线的一端固定,从该固定端开始,所述鞋底拉线在所述鞋底左侧部分和鞋底右侧部分内的多个位置跨过所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分之间的分界边缘延伸多次,并终止于所述锁紧器,以保证所述鞋底左侧部分和所述鞋底右侧部分被平行拉紧。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的外壳,其中,所述鞋面拉线的一端固定,并且从该固定端开始,该鞋面拉线在所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分的多个位置处、并且在所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分的前侧和右侧跨过所述鞋面左侧部分和所述鞋面右侧部分之间的分界边缘延伸多次,并缠绕在所述锁紧器上。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括用于所述鞋底拉线的绳槽和用于所述鞋面拉线的绳槽,并且用于所述鞋底拉线的绳槽的直径与用于所述鞋面拉线的绳槽的直径不同。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的外壳,其中,用于所述鞋底拉线的绳槽包括两个绳槽,而用于所述鞋面拉线的绳槽包括一个绳槽,所述鞋底拉线的两端分别缠绕在每个用于鞋底拉线的绳槽上,而所述鞋面拉线的两端从两侧同时缠绕在用于鞋面拉线的绳槽上。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括双面棘轮,所述绳槽设置在该双面棘轮上,并且所述双面棘轮可以被锁止以只能够沿着一个方向转动,由此卷入拉线,使得所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分被闭合,并且所述双面棘轮的锁止可以被释放,使得双面棘轮可以自由旋转,使得所述左侧部分和所述右侧部分可以处于所述平移分开状态。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括可滑动地固定在所述左侧鞋面部分或所述右侧鞋面部分中的一个上的支架,固定在所述支架上的轴,所述双面棘轮可滑动且可转动地套在所述轴上。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括套在所述轴上并相对于所述支架固定的内锁紧片,设置在所述内锁紧片和所述双面棘轮之间的分离弹簧,其中,所述内锁紧片具有棘爪,该内锁紧片的棘爪选择性地与所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿啮合,而所述分离弹簧朝向将所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿与所述内锁紧片的棘爪相互分离的方向偏压所述双面棘轮。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括套在所述轴上并且设置在所述双面棘轮的外侧的离合弹簧、可转动且和滑动地套在所述轴上且在所述离合弹簧的外侧上的外锁紧片、套在所述轴上并与所述外锁紧片固定的内挡片、可滑动且可转动地套在所述轴上并选择性向内侧推动所述内挡片的触发片,其中外锁紧片包括棘爪,该棘爪可选择地与所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿相啮合,且所述离合弹簧设置在所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿和所述外锁紧片之间并且在将 所述外锁紧片的棘爪与所述双面棘轮的外侧棘齿分离的方向上偏压所述外锁紧片。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的外壳,其中,所述内挡片在其外侧上设置有凸轮,且在所述触发片的与内挡片相对的一侧上设置有凸轮随动件,所述凸轮随动件抵靠在所述凸轮上。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的外壳,其中,所述内挡片上形成有驱动凹口,且所述触发片上也设置有驱动凹口。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的外壳,其中,在所述触发片被旋转到闭锁位置以将所述内挡片向内推动使得所述外锁紧片的棘爪与双面棘轮的外侧棘齿啮合且所述内锁紧片的棘爪与所述双面棘轮的内侧棘齿啮合时,所述内挡片上的驱动凹口与所述触发片上的驱动凹口对齐。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的外壳,其中,所述内挡片上设置有挡块,而所述触发片上设置有凸耳,在所述触发片处于所述闭锁位置时,所述凸耳抵靠所述挡块。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的外壳,其中,还包括驱动工具,所述驱动工具可以与所述驱动凹口接合,以驱动所述内挡片并进而驱动所述双面棘轮旋转。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的外壳,其中,所述驱动工具包括盖状的主体,设置在主体的一侧的连接头和设置在主体的相对侧的驱动销。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的外壳,其中,所述连接头与气动驱动器、电动驱动器或手动驱动器接合。
  28. 如权利要求21所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括设置在所述触发片的外侧上的外盖,所述外盖防止所述触发片、内挡片、双面棘轮与所述轴脱离。
  29. 如权利要求11所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括缠绕拉线的绳槽和驱动所述绳槽转动的马达。
  30. 如权利要求29所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括与所述绳槽成一体设置的涡轮以及安装在所述马达的输出端上的蜗杆,所 述蜗杆与所述涡轮啮合,以在所述马达被供能时驱动所述绳槽转动。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括为所述马达供电的电池,所述电池是可再充电电池或可更换的电池。
  32. 如权利要求30所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器还包括释放按钮,当所述释放按钮被触发时,所述锁紧器对所述拉线的锁紧被释放。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的外壳,其中,所述释放按钮将所述涡轮与所述蜗杆的啮合脱离。
  34. 如权利要求31所述的外壳,其中,所述锁紧器包括控制器,以控制所述马达的操作。
  35. 如权利要求34所述的外壳,其中,所述控制器与滑雪者的移动终端连通,以从所述滑雪者的移动终端接收操作指令。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的外壳,其中,所述操作指令包括指令所述外壳闭合。
  37. 如权利要求34所述的外壳,其中,所述外壳还配备有报警器。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的外壳,其中,所述报警器包括确定所述外壳的地理位置的传感器和确定所述外壳的姿态的传感器。
  39. 如权利要求38所述的外壳,其中,所述确定所述外壳的地理位置的传感器是GPS传感器。
  40. 如权利要求38所述的外壳,其中,所述确定所述外壳的姿态的传感器是陀螺仪。
  41. 如权利要求38所述的外壳,其中,所述报警器被构造成在所述确定所述外壳的姿态的传感器指示所述外壳处于跌倒状态持续超过预定时间,所述报警器发出报警信息。
  42. 如权利要求41所述的外壳,其中,所述报警信息包括向指定信息发送的短消息、短信、电报电文、GPS位置信息等。
  43. 如权利要求41所述的外壳,其中,所述预定时间为5分钟。
  44. 如权利要求41所述的外壳,其中,所述跌倒状态是所述外壳倒伏超过45度角。
  45. 如权利要求44所述的外壳,其中,所述报警器与所述控制器连通或者是所述控制器的一部分。
  46. 如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的外壳,其中,所述外壳还配备有报警器。
  47. 如权利要求46所述的外壳,其中,所述报警器包括确定所述外壳的地理位置的传感器和确定所述外壳的姿态的传感器。
  48. 如权利要求47所述的外壳,其中,所述确定所述外壳的地理位置的传感器是GPS传感器。
  49. 如权利要求48所述的外壳,其中,所述确定所述外壳的姿态的传感器是陀螺仪。
  50. 如权利要求49所述的外壳,其中,所述报警器被构造成在所述确定所述外壳的姿态的传感器指示所述外壳处于跌倒状态持续超过预定时间,所述报警器发出报警信息。
  51. 如权利要求50所述的外壳,其中,所述报警信息包括向指定信息发送的短消息、短信、电报电文、GPS位置信息等。
  52. 如权利要求50所述的外壳,其中,所述预定时间为5分钟。
  53. 如权利要求50所述的外壳,其中,所述跌倒状态是所述外壳倒伏超过45度角。
  54. 如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的外壳,其中,所述外壳在其内侧还设置有多个可充气的气囊。
  55. 如权利要求54所述的外壳,其中,还包括充气泵,以为所述气囊充气。
  56. 如权利要求54所述的外壳,其中,所述气囊由单独的外部充气泵充气。
  57. 一种滑雪靴,包括如上述权利要求1至56中任一项所述的外壳以及可穿入外壳中和可从外壳中脱出的内靴。
  58. 如权利要求57所述的滑雪靴,其中,所述内靴还包括加热器,以为所述内靴加热。
  59. 如权利要求57所述的滑雪靴,其中,所述内靴还包括电源,以根据滑雪者的指令为所述电热器供电。
  60. 如权利要求58所述的滑雪靴,其中,在所述内靴穿入到所述外壳中时,所述加热器由所述外壳上的电源供能。
  61. 如权利要求60所述的滑雪靴,其中,所述外壳还包括控制器,所述控制器被构造成感测所述内靴穿入到所述外壳中,并且响应于感测到所述内靴穿入到所述外壳中,将所述内靴的加热器的供电切换到由所述外壳上的电源供电。
  62. 如权利要求61所述的滑雪靴,其中,所述控制器还被构造成控制所述外壳上的电源为所述内靴的加热器的供电,以将所述内靴保持在预定的温度。
  63. 如权利要求62所述的滑雪靴,其中,所述预定的温度由滑雪者设定。
  64. 一种滑雪装备,包括如权利要求57至63中任一项所述的滑雪靴和滑雪板,其中,所述滑雪板包括发电部分,以为滑雪靴供电。
  65. 如权利要求64所述的滑雪装备,其中,所述滑雪板还包括雪板部分,所述发电部分安装在所述雪板部分上。
  66. 如权利要求65所述的滑雪装备,其中,所述发电部分包括摩擦轮和与摩擦轮连接的发电机,所述摩擦轮通过形成在所述雪板部分上的开口延伸以与雪板下方的雪面接触。
  67. 如权利要求64所述的滑雪装备,其中,所述发电部分包括太阳能电池板。
  68. 如权利要求64所述的滑雪装备,其中,所述发电部分包括半导体发电器。
  69. 如权利要求64所述的滑雪装备,其中,所述滑雪板还包括触头,以通过与滑雪靴的相对应触头连接将发电部分产生的电力传输到滑雪靴。
  70. 如权利要求69所述的滑雪装备,其中,所述滑雪板还包括与所述滑雪靴扣合的扣合部分,所述触头形成在所述扣合部分中。
  71. 一种用于滑雪靴的控制器,所述滑雪靴的外壳能够在平移分开状态和闭合状态之间切换,所述控制器被构造成:
    确定滑雪者的脚或穿戴了内靴的脚是否穿入到所述外壳内;
    在确定滑雪者的脚已经穿入外壳内的情况下,接通外壳的电路;
    接收来自滑雪者的指示将所述外壳置于闭合状态的指令;
    在接收到所述指令时,操作锁紧器以将所述外壳锁紧至闭合状态。
  72. 如权利要求71所述的控制器,其中,所述控制器进一步被构造成确定所述外壳的姿态是否是倒伏姿态并持续超过预定时间,如果是,则发出报警信息。
  73. 如权利要求72所述的控制器,其中,所述倒伏状态是指所述外壳倒伏超过45度。
  74. 如权利要求72所述的控制器,其中,所述预定时间是5分钟。
  75. 如权利要求72所述的控制器,其中,所述报警信息包括所述外壳所处的位置的指示信息。
  76. 如权利要求71所述的控制器,其中,所述控制器无线地与滑雪者的便携终端通信,以通过所述便携终端从滑雪者接收所述指令。
  77. 如权利要求76所述的控制器,其中,所述控制器无线地将感测到的滑雪靴的状态发送到所述便携终端。
