一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统及方法,该系统中:火灾预警平台在其所在城市的某一高层建筑内部存在火灾隐患时,将存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称及存在火灾隐患该高层建筑周边的街道名称通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台,由户外扬声器监控平台在判断出该街道名称所属的街道上存在处于工作状态的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向目标扬声器设备发送包括存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称内部故障告警语音,火灾预警平台从存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用;目标扬声器设备输出该火灾预警语音。能够使外界及时知晓某一个高层建筑存在火灾隐患,防止造成重大经济损失。

Description

一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及物联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于物联网的火灾预警系统及方法。
背景技术
随着城市的快速发展,城市的高层建筑越来越多,相应地高层建筑由于内部的电气设备出现电路短路、过载、漏电等险情而引起的火灾事故也越来越多。城市的高层建筑的电气设备引起的火灾事故渐渐演变成“城市病”。在实践中发现,当某一个高层建筑的电气设备在深夜出现电路短路、过载、漏电等险情时,可能会存在火灾隐患,此时如果火灾隐患无法及时被外界知晓,那么将很容易造成重大经济损失。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统及方法,能够使外界及时知晓某一个高层建筑存在火灾隐患,防止造成重大经济损失。
本发明实施例第一方面公开一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统,包括:
火灾预警平台,用于获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑内部的红外热成像图;
所述火灾预警平台,还用于针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑内部的红外热成像图判断所述高层建筑内部是否存在火灾隐患,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述通知消息包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称;
所述户外扬声器监控平台,用于根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音,所述火灾预警语音包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称;

其中,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音包括:
调用所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口,并判断所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口是否设置有预警语音允许接收时段,如果所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口设置有预警语音允许接收时段,判断当前时间是否位于所述预警语音允许接收时段内,如果是,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图1所示的一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统中:
所述户外扬声器监控平台102,还用于在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备103时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台102监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述火灾预警语音;
所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备,用于播放所述火灾预警语音。
其中,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述火灾预警语音包括:
调用所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备设置的通讯端口,并判断所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备设置的通讯端口是否设置有预警语音允许接收时段,如果所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备设置的通讯端口设置有预警语音允许接收时段,判断当前时间是否位于所述预警语音允许接收时段内,如果是,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述火灾预警语音。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述通知消息还包括被困在存在火灾隐患的所 述高层建筑内部内的人员数量;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述被困在存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部内的人员数量。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述通知消息还包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部故障发生时间;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部故障发生时间。
在图1所示的一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统中,火灾预警平台在其所在城市的某一高层建筑内部存在火灾隐患时,可以将存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑周边的街道名称通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台,由户外扬声器监控平台在判断出该街道名称所属的街道上存在处于工作状态的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向目标扬声器设备发送包括存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称内部故障告警语音,以及火灾预警平台从存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用;目标扬声器设备输出该火灾预警语音。本发明实施例可以能够使外界及时知晓某一个高层建筑存在火灾隐患,防止造成重大经济损失。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例公开的一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警方法可以包括:
201、火灾预警平台获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑内部的红外热成像图。
202、所述火灾预警平台针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑内部的红外热成像图判断所述高层建筑内部是否存在火灾隐患,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述通知消息包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称。
203、所述户外扬声器监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音,所述火灾预警语音包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称。
204、所述户外扬声器监控平台向所述火灾预警平台返回响应信息,所述响应信息用于指示火灾预警语音已发送。

作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的扬声器与物联网结合的预警方法中,所述通知消息还包括被困在存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部内的人员数量;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述被困在存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部内的人员数量。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在图2所示的扬声器与物联网结合的预警方法中,所述通知消息还包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部故障发生时间;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部故障发生时间。
在图2所示的扬声器与物联网结合的预警方法中,火灾预警平台在其所在城市的某一高层建筑内部存在火灾隐患时,可以将存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑周边的街道名称通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台,由户外扬声器监控平台在判断出该街道名称所属的街道上存在处于工作状态的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向目标扬声器设备发送包括存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称内部故障告警语音,以及火灾预警平台从存在火灾隐患的该高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用;目标扬声器设备输出该火灾预警语音。本发明实施例可以能够使外界及时知晓某一个高层建筑存在火灾隐患,防止造成重大经济损失。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统,其特征在于,包括:
    火灾预警平台,用于获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑内部的红外热成像图;
    所述火灾预警平台,还用于针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑内部的红外热成像图判断所述高层建筑内部是否存在火灾隐患,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述通知消息包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台,用于根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音,所述火灾预警语音包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台,还用于向所述火灾预警平台返回响应信息,所述响应信息用于指示火灾预警语音已发送;
    所述火灾预警平台,还用于从存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用;
    所述目标扬声器设备,用于输出所述火灾预警语音;
    其中,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音包括:
    调用所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口,并判断所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口是否设置有预警语音允许接收时段,如果所述目标扬声器设备设置的通讯端口设置有预警语音允许接收时段,判断当前时间是否位于所述预警语音允许接收时段内,如果是,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统,其特征在于:
    所述户外扬声器监控平台,还用于在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述火灾预警语音;
    所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备,用于播放所述火灾预警语音;
    其中,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述火灾预警语音包括:
    调用所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备设置的通讯端口,并判断所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备设置的通讯端口是否设置有预警语音允许接收时段,如果所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备设置的通讯端口设置有预警语音允许接收时段,判断当前时间是否位于所述预警语音允许接收时段内,如果是,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述火灾预警语音。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部的人员数量;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部的人员数量。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器与物联网结合的预警系统,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的火灾隐患位置;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的火灾隐患位置。
  5. 一种扬声器与物联网结合的预警方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    火灾预警平台获取其所在城市已登记的各高层建筑通过物联网上报的所述各高层建筑内部的红外热成像图;
    所述火灾预警平台针对每一所述高层建筑,根据所述高层建筑内部的红外 热成像图判断所述高层建筑内部是否存在火灾隐患,如果是,将通知消息通过物联网发送至户外扬声器监控平台;所述通知消息包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称以及存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑周边的街道名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台根据其监控到的处于工作状态的扬声器设备的位置信息,确定是否存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备,如果存在,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音,所述火灾预警语音包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的位置信息和建筑名称;
    所述户外扬声器监控平台向所述火灾预警平台返回响应信息,所述响应信息用于指示火灾预警语音已发送;
    所述火灾预警平台从存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑绑定的电子账号中扣除与故障次数成正比的服务费用;
    所述目标扬声器设备输出所述火灾预警语音;
    其中,通过物联网向所述目标扬声器设备发送火灾预警语音包括:

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器与物联网结合的预警方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述户外扬声器监控平台在判断不存在位于所述街道名称所属街道上的目标扬声器设备时,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述火灾预警语音;
    所述所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备播放所述火灾预警语音;
    其中,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述火灾预警语音包括:
    调用所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备设置的通讯端口,并判断所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备设置的通讯端口是否设置有预警语音允许接收时段,如果所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备设置的通讯端口设置有预警语音允许接收时段,判断当前时间是否位于所述预警语音允许接收时段内,如果是,通过物联网向所述户外扬声器监控平台监控到的所有处于工作状态的扬声器设备发送所述火灾预警语音。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的扬声器与物联网结合的预警方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部的人员数量;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑内部的人员数量。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器与物联网结合的预警方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的火灾隐患位置;所述火灾预警语音还包括所述存在火灾隐患的所述高层建筑的火灾隐患位置。
