Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé permettant de transmettre des signaux électroniques depuis un dispositif jusqu'à diverses parties d'un textile intelligent. L'appareil comprend quatre constituants: 1. Un dispositif avec une carte électronique; 2. Des éléments d'accouplement mécaniques compatibles tant avec le dispositif qu'avec le textile intelligent; 3. Une prise pour assurer la transmission indépendante de signaux provenant du dispositif au textile intelligent; et 4. Une interface exclusivement textile pour transmettre les signaux à différentes sections du textile intelligent. De même le procédé de fabrication de l'appareil comprend quatre phases de mise en oeuvre: 1. Préparation de la carte électronique; 2. Insertion et fixation des éléments d'accouplement mécaniques ; 3. Application d'une pression mécanique sur les éléments d'accouplement mécaniques femelle contre la prise et l'interface textile; et 4. Liaison de l'interface textile et de la prise au textile intelligent au moyen de techniques de confection.
