Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'administration d'un principe actif comprenant : une carpule multichambre (3) qui présente une dérivation (6) ménagée dans une paroi (7) de la carpule multichambre (3), et qui comprend au moins une première chambre (8) contenant un principe actif solide et une seconde chambre (9) contenant un liquide de dissolution destiné au principe actif, la seconde chambre (9) étant délimitée par un premier bouchon (4) agencé distalement dans la carpule multichambre (3) et par un second bouchon (5) agencé proximalement dans la carpule multichambre (3) ; un dispositif mélangeur comprenant une tige de piston (2), qui permet de mélanger le principe actif et le liquide de dissolution, dans une position initiale du processus de mélange, le second bouchon (5) étant accouplé à la tige de piston (2) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer en va-et-vient ; un support de carpule (1 ) pour recevoir la carpule multichambre (3) ; et un premier dispositif d'encliquetage qui est situé sur le dispositif d'administration de manière à bloquer, par l'intermédiaire d'une extrémité distale de la dérivation (6), un déplacement axial d'une extrémité distale du second bouchon (5) par rapport à la paroi (7) de la carpule multichambre (3) dans la direction proximale, après l'achèvement du processus de mélange.
