Abstract
本発明の機器運転計画作成装置は、発電量予測部(110)と電力需要予測部(120)と給湯需要予測部(130)と推定部(140)と決定部(150)と算出部(161)と計画作成部(162)とを備える。発電量予測部(110)は発電量を予測する。電力需要予測部(120)は電力の需要量を予測する。給湯需要予測部(130)は給湯の需要量を予測する。推定部(140)は給湯の需要量の予測値に基づいて燃料電池による発電量を推定する。決定部(150)は蓄電池の蓄電量を決定する。算出部(161)は発電量の予測値と電力の需要量の予測値と蓄電池の蓄電量とに基づいて蓄電損失と買電損失とを算出し、蓄電損失と買電損失との合計を発電量に基づく売電利益から減算した差引額を算出する。計画作成部(162)は蓄電池の充電又は放電の動作を定める閾値と燃料電池の運転又は停止の動作の計画とを差引額を増やすように作成する。
