- Toe-to-toe exercise is a bumping exercise between the feet, to relieve foot fatigue, improve blood circulation, treat diabetes, reduce insomnia, improve constipation and dysmenorrhea, restore vision, reduce spine / back pain, correct posture and improve digestion. It is known to have excellent efficacy.
- the user's toe-to-toe exercise can not be performed a number of times from the beginning for the beginner or the elderly. Therefore, a lot of time and effort is required to obtain the desired exercise effect.
- the present invention is to solve the various problems that occur in the conventional toe exercise and foot and leg exercise equipment as described above. It is an object of the present invention, because the two feet placed on each foothold by using the operation means automatically bumps and repeats the bumping, toe-toe movement that can be comfortably exercise for a long time without hard toe To provide a mechanism.
- Another object of the present invention is to attach a variety of sensors, such as blood pressure sensor, body temperature sensor, decompression sensor on the scaffolding, and transmit the information of these sensors to an external device smartphone or computer using a wireless communication device installed inside It is to provide a toe exercise equipment that can quickly check and manage the health status of the user.
- the toe exercise equipment can maintain a state inclined at a predetermined angle relative to the floor, so that the user is comfortable in various postures, such as bending the knees, lying on the floor or sitting on the sofa to provide a toe exercise equipment that can be used.
- Toe exercise apparatus is arranged at intervals so that each of the left foot and the right foot can be placed side by side on the main body and one side of the main body, and the part where the toes are located in contact with the heel
- a toe movement comprising a pair of scaffolds for pendulum movement, an actuating means installed on the main body and operating a pair of scaffolds so that the inside of the left foot and the right foot collide with each other, and a controller for controlling the operation of the actuating means. Initiate the group.
- the exercise equipment since both feet hit by using the exercise equipment, it can be easily operated and used by everyone, men and women, there is an effect that can increase the amount of exercise desired by the user in a short time.
- various scaffolds are attached to each scaffold to detect blood pressure, body temperature, and decompression. Therefore, the amount of exercise can be adjusted while checking the state of health such as the temperature of the foot, the site of contact, and blood pressure during exercise.
- the information of the sensors installed on the scaffold can be transmitted to a smart phone or a computer using a wireless communication device installed therein, there is an effect that can conveniently manage the user's health.
- the toe exercise apparatus can be used while maintaining the state inclined at a predetermined angle. Therefore, if you use only one position, the exercise becomes boring and easily tired, but there are various postures: the user can bend the knee, use it on the floor, or use it on the sofa, so that the user can exercise comfortably for a long time without being bored. .
