Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif à flux traversant permettant la détection et la différenciation de multiples substances biologiques à analyser à partir d'un seul échantillon et un procédé associé. Le dispositif est un automate d'immunoanalyse visuel, rapide, sensible et fiable pour la détection différentielle de multiples substances biologiques à analyser dans des liquides organiques comme le sang, le sérum ou le plasma humain par l'immobilisation des biomolécules spécifiques de la maladie respectives, c'est-à-dire antigène, anticorps, peptides, peptides de synthèse ou protéines recombinantes dérivés de micro-organismes provoquant une maladie sur la membrane de réaction immunofiltration.
