Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour effectuer une opération d'intervention sur puits dans un puits de forage pénétrant dans une formation souterraine d'intérêt, qui consistant à utiliser un outil de traitement talon-pointe, à disposer l'outil dans le puits de forage par acheminement de l'outil par l'intermédiaire d'un tubage hélicoïdal, et le puits de forage comprend au moins une perforation à proximité de la formation souterraine. Le puits de forage est fermé hermétiquement de manière adjacente la perforation et au fond de trou depuis la ou les perforations, et au moins une opération d'intervention sur puits est effectuée adjacente à la perforation. L'étanchéité du puits de forage peut être réalisée à l'aide de tout dispositif approprié, tel que, mais sans s'y limiter, une garniture d'étanchéité réglable. L'outil de traitement talon-pointe est ensuite déplacé en fond de trou jusqu'à une autre perforation, et le puits de forage adjacent à cette seconde perforation est scellé en fond de trou depuis cette perforation.
