Abstract

Cable holder (1) can be installed on and in thermoblocks, ceiling fillings and insulating materials. Cable holder (1) is made of an elastic material which can be bent and returned to its previous position. Cable holder is created in a way that it consists of a central arch with the radius (R1) on which two opposite arches of the radiuses (R1, R2) are extended in points (1.4, 1.5). The opposite arches of the radiuses (R2, R3) finish with the ends (1.2, 1.3). The procedure of installing the cable holder consists of placing one's index finger in the point (1.1) of the central arch of the radius (R1) and in the points (1.6, 1.7) on the outside by pressing with one's index finger and the thumb of one hand, so that the ends get together. The joined ends are put into the wall (3, 3.1) cavities (6, 6.1). By removing the fingers from the points (1.1, 1.6, 1.7) the cable holder (1) elastically returns to the previous position, while it leans in the cavity (6, 6.1) with its ends (1.2, 1.3) on the walls (3, 3.1) and the central arch of the radius (R1) presses the cables (5).

Description

CABLE HOLDER AND THE PROCEDURE OF ITS APPLICATION
The technical field
The invention belongs to the field of installing electrical cables, i.e. installing electrical cables in buildings.
According to the international classification of patents, the invention is marked by the basic classifying symbols: H02G3/ (2006.1) by which the installation of cables in walls, floors or ceilings in the previously made grooves are included; F16L3/04 (2006/1) includes cable holders which partially encircle the cables and press them to the wall.
The technical problem
The technical problem is how to constructively create a cable holder which will hold the cables in and on thermoblocks, ceiling fillings and insulation materials and to remove them easily with such constructively solved holder.
The technical conditions
It is well known that on placing electrical installations the means like wooden wedges, nails, perforated strips, wall screws, and finally plaster are used, all in order to hold the cables.
From the patent documentation some solutions for supporting pipes and cables are known, which are different from the solution of the application which is being submitted.
In the application of the patent P-236/88 the invention is in relation to the cable clamp which is attached to the base, either concrete or wooden without bolts. The clamp consists of a classical sleeve and the base. The base consists of the body and the expansion which is on each side of the body. In the body there are holes where the nails which fasten the base are placed.
In the registration of the patent P-l 533/87 a device for fastening pipes to the base is shown. A clamp is tightened around the pipe by attaching both of its ends to the base. The aim of the invention is to provide a device for fastening which is able to follow the side movements of a pipe, without loosening its grip around the pipe. This was attained by putting a plate-shaped spring between the base and the bolt for attaching the clamp.
In the registered patent MP-9/98 the wall cable holder is shown. The wall cable holder, pipe holder, etc., enables simple, quick and secure placement of electrical installation to the wall. The cable is pressed between the surfaces and placed inside elastic supporter forks into the cable bearing, so that the cable remains fixed in its position of elastically deformable forks in the balanced position. The carriers can be connected in line which is enabled over the bulging and sagging elements which are put on it. The carrier is placed on the wall with a bolt which goes through a drilled hole. The carrier is in one piece and made of plastic. Thanks to the simple implementation of the holder, the speed of installation and, according to need, taking out of the installed cables, the suggested invention will quickly push out all the inventions in that area which are in use today.
Presenting the essence of the invention
The essence of this invention is that a cable holder is constructed and formed, made of materials which have elastic characteristics, and which is at the same time firm enough to hold the cables in the anticipated position. The holder consists of a central arch on whose ends, two opposite arches are extended. The cross section of the cable holder may be circular, right-angled, trapezoid, etc. The application, i.e. the installation of the cable holder is performed by placing one's index finger in the central arch, and on the outside to tighten it with one's thumb and middle finger of an arm, during which the ends of the opposite arches are put together. The ends of the opposite arches, put together in this way, should encircle the cables, after which they are pulled in the grooves or holes which are placed next to the cables, and the ends of the cables lean on to the side grooves or holes. By releasing the central arch which was pressed by fingers, the ends elastically return in the previous position and they are supported in the grooves and holes, and the central arch encircles and squeezes the cables above which it is placed. If we need to take out the cables from the place in which they were installed, we simply pull one end of the cable(s) and the holders simply jump out of their position thanks to their elasticity.
Short description of the figures in the draft
The invention is described in detail on the example of application and shown in draft in which:
- Fig. 1 shows the cable holder, side view
- Fig. 2 shows the cable holder, another example of application
- Fig. 3 shows the cable holder which is placed in the groove of a thermo block, cross section "A- A" from the fig. 4
- Fig. 4 shows the view "P" from the fig. 3
- Fig. 5 shows the cable holder with the cables installed in the holes above and under the cables on a wall without grooves, section "B-B" from the fig. 6
- Fig. 6 shows the cable holder, view "Q" from the fig. 5
A detailed description of the invention
Cable holder (1) is placed on and in thermo blocks, ceiling fillings and insulating materials. The cable holder (1) is made of materials which have elasticity, so that it can be made of metal or plastic. The cross section of the cable holder's body (1 ) may be circular, square, trapezoid, etc. In the view from the side it has a central arch with the radius (Rl) and two opposite arches with the radiuses (R2, R3) which continue from one and the other side in the points (1.4, 1.5) onto the central arch with the radius (R2) and they finish with the ends (1.2, 1.3). The cable holder may be in different sizes and may have different reciprocal ratios of the arches with the radiuses (Rl, R2, R3) which depends on the place in which the cables will be installed and the number of cables that will be encircled. One of the examples of installation is the cable holder (2) where the central arch with the radius (R4) is considerably bigger from the opposite arches with the radiuses (R5, R6) which are extended onto the central arch in the points (2.6, 2.7) and finish with the ends (2.2, 2.3).
The process of applying the cable holder (1) is performed by putting one's index finger on the cable holder (1) on one side at the point (1.1) and on the other side in the points (1.6, 1.7) one's thumb and the middle finger of an arm are placed. With this pressure the cable holder (1) is deformed so that the ends (1.2, 1.3) are put together. The ends, put together in such way, are easy to place in the previously formed cavity (6), or groove (4,) or wall or in a hole (6.1), when the cables (5) are being installed on the wall (3.1) without a groove. When you release the fingers from the cable holder (1) placed this way, the cable holder (1) expands and the ends (1.2, 1.3) enter the inside of the cavity (6), or the wall (3) or the hole (6.1) of the wall (3.1), and the central arch of the radius (Rl) then encircles and presses the cable (5). In that way the cables (5) are held in the anticipated position. The cable holders (1) are placed along the cable (5) at distances (L) which depends on the thickness of cables (5) and the number of cables (5) which will be held. If you need to take out the cable holder (1) from the installed position, then you simply pull the installed cable (5) and the cable holder (1) bends and jumps out of the cavity (6) or the hole (6.1).
