Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour le traitement de pétrole/boue brute pour l'élimination d'eau liée et non liée, ce qui facilite de cette manière la récupération d'hydrocarbures exempts de composés non volatils à hauteur d'environ 96 % en poids à 100 % en poids et ce par quoi également l'eau non liée a une turbidité au moins au-dessous de 20 NTU. Le procédé pour le traitement de boue facilite la récupération de presque 100 % de solvant avec toute l'eau liée à hauteur d'environ 99 % en poids à 100 % en poids. Le procédé pour le traitement de boue facilite la récupération d'eau libre à hauteur d'environ 94 % en poids à 99 % en poids. Le procédé pour le traitement de boue facilite également la récupération de solvant pour le réutiliser dans ledit procédé. La présente invention porte en outre sur un procédé pour le traitement de produits de récupération contenant de l'eau, des matières solides, des sels et une teneur limitée en hydrocarbures inférieure à 10 000 ppm pour la récupération d'eau utilisable à partir de ceux-ci par un procédé efficace et économiquement viable. Le procédé pour le traitement de produits de récupération permet de diminuer leur valeur de turbidité à hauteur de 90 % en poids à 99 % en poids.
