Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'un noyau en papier et à un noyau en papier multicouche. Un procédé de fabrication du noyau en papier comprend les étapes consistant à : former un noyau intérieur par l'enroulement hélicoïdal d'une bande de papier d'une largeur définie de multiples fois ; et former une couche de résine sur la surface du noyau intérieur par moulage par extrusion. Un procédé d'extrusion est utilisé pour former la couche de résine sur la surface du noyau intérieur, et la couche de résine formée par extrusion sur la surface du noyau intérieur ne laisse pas une impression qu'une bande de papier fait, et ne donne pas lieu à un effet échelonné qui peut être généré par l'étape d'enroulement initiale du film. Ainsi, un noyau en papier de qualité élevée peut faire l'objet d'une production en série économique.
