Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des compositions permettant de détecter la présence d'un cancer chez un sujet et d'évaluer l'efficacité de traitements de ce cancer. Le procédé de l'invention fait appel à une réaction d'amplification en chaîne par polymérase en temps réel, à une réaction d'amplification en chaîne par polymérase par transcription inverse (RT-PCR), à une hybridation in situ et/ou à une réaction d'amplification en chaîne par polymérase multiplexe pour détecter la présence de mutations ponctuelles, de troncatures ou de fusions de ROS1.
