Abstract

Le dispositif de fourniture de dépôts destiné à être utilisé en cuisson selon la présente invention comprend : une buse de fourniture de dépôts couplée de façon détachable à un tuyau de fourniture de dépôts recevant des dépôts, et déchargeant les dépôts sur un premier côté ; et un support de fixation couplé de façon détachable à la buse de fourniture de dépôts et monté sur un bloc de base. Le dispositif de fourniture de dépôts selon la présente invention a les avantages d'être apte à : utiliser un tuyau de fourniture de dépôts et divers supports de fixation ensemble en raison de la capacité à remplacer uniquement la buse de fourniture de dépôts en fonction du type de râtelier ; et ajuster la hauteur de la buse de fourniture de dépôts dans une certaine plage de façon à réduire à un minimum la distance de chute des dépôts et à empêcher des moyens de coupe de dépôts d'interférer avec les dépôts ou d'autres éléments pendant le transfert de râteliers.
