Abstract

Selon l'invention, chaque élément de retenue (3) présent sur l'élément de support (2) comporte au moins une branche (6) élastiquement déformable entourant au moins en partie la protubérance (5) à la manière d'un crochet lorsque l'élément de support (2) est en place.
