Abstract
Device and method for infusion preparation solves technical problem of loss of heat and fluid during infusion preparation preferably tea in such a way that there is dry matter container preferably tea bag put onto spatula inserted through lid of common container preferably disposable. The user fills hot water container preferably disposable cup with hot water and uses said spatula to insert dry matter container into hot water.
Description
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR INFUSION PREPARATION
Field of technology
Infusion preparation
Technical problem
Technical problem which is to be solved by this invention is loss of heat and fluid during infusion preparation preferably tea.
State of the art
There are plethora of inventions known in the area of infusion preparation. For example, patent GB 931 533 of 16.11.1959 shows improved device for supporting of tea bag in cup of hot water whereby the device is manufactured in such a manner that the tea bag can be removed from the hot water and as a result extraction as much fluid from the bag as possible while the device is manufactured to prevent loss of heat.
Patent US 4250990 of 17.2.1981 shows tea bag to be inserted into hot water and is hanged from construction which leans on the opposite side of perimeter of tea cup. The construction is in inverted V letter and can therefore be used for extraction of unneeded water before discarding.
Patent EP 1.690.805 of 17.9.2008 shows lid for drink container for receipt of infusion, preferable tea cup for one-time use whereby the lid has base plate, cover, and storage means for storing of tea bag said tea bag to be extracted into storage after use and discarded.
Description of new invention
Device and method for infusion preparation solves above shown technical problem using spatula inserted through lid of otherwise known container, preferably disposable. There is dry matter container preferably tea bag put onto said spatula. The user fills hot water container preferably disposable cup with hot water and uses said spatula to insert dry matter container into hot water.
Said hot water engages in usual manner with said dry matter within said dry matter container and forms infusion. It is of course possible to fill said dry matter container with powder or some other matter forming infusion with cold water, however this does not alter the essence of this invention.
In preferred embodiment the dry matter said dry matter container is tea bag, and dry matter dried and ground leaves of tea plant or some other plant or herb or mixtures thereof which forms infusion when mixed with hot water - tea or some other hot or cold infusion or drink. As stated there can be powder soluble in water within the container said powder used for preparation of cold, warm or hot beverage.
After time needed to form said beverage has elapsed said spatula with attached dry matter container is pulled out from hot water and the infusion is ingested - either by disposing of said lid or by drinking said infusion with said lid attached.
Below the essence of the invention is presented using the drawings said drawings forming part of this patent application, and presenting:
Fig. 1 shows lid (1) for container comprising opening preferably for drinking (2) and opening for handle of the spatula (3).
Fig. 2 shows lid (1) for container comprising opening preferably for drinking (2) and opening for handle of the spatula (3), spatula (4) for dry matter container comprising handle (5) of said spatula for dry matter container.
Fig. 3 shows lid (1) for container comprising opening preferably for drinking (2) and opening for handle of the spatula (3), and handle (5) of said spatula for dry matter container.
Fig. 4 shows handle (5) of said spatula for dry matter container, dry matter container (6) and upper part of squeezer of dry matter container (8).
Fig. 5 shows unfolded spatula (4) for dry matter container, lower part of squeezer of dry matter container (7) and upper part of squeezer of dry matter container (8).
Fig. 6 shows handle (5) of said spatula for dry matter container, dry matter container (6) and lower part of squeezer of dry matter container (7).
In preferred embodiment dry matter container (6) preferably tea bag is placed onto spatula for dry matter container (4) in such a way that lower part is pressed by the lower part of squeezer of dry matter container (7), and the upper part is pressed by the upper part of squeezer of dry matter container (8). Before insertion the spatula (4) for dry matter container forms unfolded form as shown in Fig. 5.
After assembly, i.e. as the dry matter container (6) is positioned between upper (8) and lower (7) parts of squeezer of dry matter container said spatula (4) is inserted into the lid for container (1) in such a way that the handle (5) of said spatula reaches through the opening (3) for handle (5) of said spatula (4).
The content according to this invention is used by the user by filling said container, preferably cup of artificial material or paper with hot water, attaching the lid (1) onto such container and pushing said spatula (4) with attached dry matter container (6) into hot water.
After preparation of beverage (infusion) the user pulls the handle (5) of spatula (4) toward the user which results in pulling dry matter container (6) from fluid (infusion, beverage). Then the user either removes said lid (1) or consumes said infusion through opening preferably for drinking (2).
