Abstract
본 발명은 단백질간의 상호작용의 효율적인 분석을 위해, 제1형광단백질 및 제1자기조립단백질을 포함하는 제1융합단백질을 암호화하고 프로모터에 작동가능하게 연결된 제1폴리뉴클레오티드, 및 미끼 단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드가 상기 제1융합단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드에 작동가능하도록 연결될 수 있는 다중클로닝부위를 포함하는 제1발현벡터; 및 제2형광단백질 및 제2자기조립단백질을 포함하는 제2융합단백질을 암호화하고 프로모터에 작동가능하게 연결된 제2폴리뉴클레오티드, 및 표적 단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드가 상기 제2융합단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드에 작동가능하도록 연결될 수 있는 다중클로닝부위를 포함하는 제2발현벡터를 포함하는 단백질간 상호작용 분석용 키트를 제공한다.
