Abstract

The invention relates to a rotation mechanism (21) for turning a binding (16) of a snowboard, with a base plate (22), and with a receiving plate (32) for the binding (16), wherein the receiving plate (32) is rotatable about a rotation axis (24) relative to the base plate (22), with a locking mechanism (42) for locking the receiving plate (32), and with a stop element, wherein a recess designed as a slotted guide is provided in the base plate (22). The stop element can be inserted with a form fit and/or force fit into and along the slotted guide.
