Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von organisch-anorganischen Kompositmaterialien, wobei in mindestens eine Wirtszelle, bevorzugt aus der Klasse der Schleimpilze, mindestens ein biomineralisierend wirkendes Protein und/oder Polypeptid kodierendes rekombinantes Polynukleotid eingebracht wird und das exprimierte Protein und/oder Polypeptid die Bildung anorganischer Partikel in einer extrazellulären Matrix der Wirtszelle beeinflusst sowie die Verwendung solcher organisch-anorganischer Kompositmaterialien.
