Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Träger für eine elektrische Schaltung mit einem integrierten Energiespeicher, wobei der Träger (10) aufweist zumindest eine eine Innenfläche (20, 56) aufweisende Kavität (18,47), wobei die Kavität (18, 47) von einer Substratschicht (12, 14, 46, 48, 50) des Trägers (10) zumindest teilweise umgrenzt wird, zumindest ein ionenleitendes Material (42, 42', 58), welches in zumindest einer der Kavitäten (18, 47) angrenzend an die Innenfläche (20, 56) angeordnet ist, zumindest eine erste Elektrode (22, 52), welche zumindest eines der ionenleitenden Materialien (42, 42', 58) kontaktiert und mit zumindest einem ersten Teil (31) der elektrischen Schaltung (15) des Trägers (10) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist, und zumindest eine zweite Elektrode (24, 54), welche zumindest eines der ionenleitenden Materialien (42, 42', 58) kontaktiert und mit zumindest einem zweiten Teil (33) der elektrischen Schaltung (15) des Trägers (10) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist.
