Definitions
- the present invention relates to a medical blood collection device, and more particularly to a safety type blood collection pen for use with a disposable blood collection needle.
- the blood collection pen is a kind of launching device, usually used in conjunction with the -second blood collection needle.
- the blood collection pen can be repeatedly used to make ffl, and the blood collection needle has been developed for the purpose of avoiding cross infection only for one-time use of the blood collection pen. History, among which the improvement of the blood collection pen has also gone through many stages. At present, the blood collection pen is going to a mature stage, but the safety in the development of the blood collection pen is still a concern of the technicians in the field.
- the patent discloses a blood collection pen.
- the operation method of the blood collection pen before use is: the first step, rotating the snoring pen cover; the second step, inserting the disposable 3 ⁇ 4 blood needle, and screwing off the blood stasis
- the protective cap of the needle is: The third step is to rotate the cover of the pen; the fourth step is to pull the pen holder at the end of the blood collection pen to make the blood collection needle enter the locked state before launching, and then it can be used.
- the design of the blood collection pen has a safety defect, that is, the second-step insertion of the disposable blood collection needle requires a certain thrust, which may cause the launching mechanism to advance into the lock before launch. State, at this time the user will accidentally touch the launch button and the lancet will fire immediately. This kind of false launch may directly cause harm to the user, so there is a safety hazard from the design of the blood collection pen.
- the Chinese patent CN101518450A discloses a patent application for the invention of "piercing device".
- the technical solution of the patent application can ensure that the blood needle is not inserted in advance when the blood vessel is inserted.
- the locked state before launch the pen holder of the tail of the blood collection pen can be pulled only after the pen cover is closed, so that the launching mechanism enters the locked state before launching.
- This design overcomes the above-mentioned safety defects, but brings another two aspects. The first is that the structure is complicated, some parts are difficult to manufacture, and the production cost increases.
- the object of the present invention is to design a blood collection pen with good safety and relatively simple structure, which aims to solve the safety hazard of the above-mentioned blood collection pen during use and operation.
