- 귀 외부에서 중이강을 향하여 테라헤르츠파를 방사시키는 발생부와 상기 중이강으로부터 반사되는 테라헤르츠 반사파를 검출하는 검출부를 포함하는 테라헤르츠 프로브;상기 검출부에서 검출한 상기 테라헤르츠 반사파를 전기 신호로 변환시켜 제어부로 전달하는 변환부; 및상기 변환부에서 전달받은 상기 전기 신호를 이용하여 중이염 진단을 하는 제어부를 포함하는 테라헤르츠파를 이용한 중이염 진단 시스템.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 발생부는 0.01 내지 30테라헤르츠(THz)의 테라헤르츠파를 방사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 테라헤르츠파를 이용한 중이염 진단 시스템.
