Abstract

The present invention relates to a platelet extraction kit which can separate serum and platelets again at the state where blood is separated by centrifugation, so as to extract and inject only platelets in an easy manner. The kit comprises: a tubular rod arranged to penetrate in a vertical direction through the center of a cap that closes an upper portion of a container; and a piston coupled to the rod and embedded within the container. The rod has an upper portion closed by a seal cap so that the inside of the container is sealed. The coupled portion between the rod and the piston has a flow channel penetrating in a vertical direction so that the serum and platelets in the container are separated in a vertical direction by the upward and downward movement of the piston, thus easily extracting only non-necrotic pure platelets.
