Abstract
The invention relates to a textile strip (4) for feeding, drying and ironing machines, of the type formed by one or more stacked textile layers comprising: a first layer (1) that is in contact with the item of laundry, formed by synthetic fibre resistant to the high temperatures of the process; at least one second layer (2) that is not in contact with the item of laundry, formed by synthetic fibre; and an intermediate layer (3) formed by a glass-fibre mesh affixed to the internal surface of two of the possible existing synthetic fibre layers. The invention also includes adhesion means for affixing the intermediate glass-fibre mesh to the other two synthetic fibre layers, said adhesion means being resistant to the high temperatures of the process.
