Abstract
L'invention propose de nouvelles compositions d'hydroxyapatite et de copolymères à blocs, des procédés de leur préparation et des utilisations de ceux-ci, les copolymères ayant des blocs hydrophobes dégradables et des blocs hydrophiles dégradables pour réaliser une interface stable avec l'hydroxyapatite, conduisant à des suspensions polymère-hydroxyapatite stables. La super-hydrophilicité, l'intégrité mécanique renforcée et l'intégrité structurale conservée du composite HA-PELA dans un environnement aqueux représentent des avantages majeurs par rapport aux composites HA-PLA pour des applications d'ingénierie de tissu squelettique.
