Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement comprenant : au moins un corps de refroidissement (1) dans lequel se trouve à chaque fois une chambre d'étanchéité sous vide (3); et un fluide de refroidissement qui remplit la chambre d'étanchéité sous vide (3). Selon l'invention, le fluide de refroidissement présente une capacité calorifique élevée. Le dispositif de refroidissement selon la présente invention peut offrir une capacité calorifique élevée, surmonter de manière satisfaisante un choc thermique et possède également une bonne conductivité thermique qui lui permet ainsi de refroidir efficacement des dispositifs tels qu'un appareil d'éclairage à LED. Un autre aspect de la présente invention concerne également un dispositif de refroidissement comprenant : au moins un corps de refroidissement (1) qui, selon l'invention, comprend un élément fléchissant allongé. Le dispositif de refroidissement possède une bonne conductivité thermique et de bonnes propriétés de dissipation de la chaleur et il est léger et de construction souple. La présente invention concerne en outre également un appareil d'éclairage à LED comprenant les types de dispositif de refroidissement ci-dessus.
