Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de préconfiguration de conditions de transfert de données au niveau d'une station de base pour un équipement utilisateur, lequel procédé consiste à recevoir une requête de transfert de données d'un équipement utilisateur. La requête de transfert de données comprend des conditions. La station de base compare les conditions à des conditions de performance de station de base courantes. Si la comparaison est favorable, la station de base envoie un message d'acceptation à l'équipement utilisateur.
