Abstract

The present invention relates to a tube container having a one-touch cap. The tube container having a one-touch cap according to the present invention comprises: a tube body (100) in which contents are accommodated; a tube neck (200) which is coupled to the upper portion of the tube body (100), which has a first thread (210) formed at the outer surface thereof, which has an outlet hole (220) for discharging the contents from the tube body (100), and which has a sealing member (230) attached to the outlet hole (220) to prevent the contents from being discharged before the sealing member is broken; a one-touch cap (300) which is coupled to the tube neck (200) such that the cap (300) covers the tube neck, and which has a cap body (310) and a cover (320), wherein the cap body (310) has an outlet hole (311) for discharging the contents, a second thread (312) formed at an inner surface thereof and contacting the first thread (210), and a press rod (313) arranged at the inner top portion of the cap body (310) so as to press and break the sealing member (230), wherein the cover (320) is hinged to one side of the cap body (310) so as to open/close the discharge hole (311); and a cap-fixing band (400) which is coupled to the tube neck (200) at the lower end of the one-touch cap (300) such that the cap-fixing band covers an outer surface of the tube neck (200) and is removable from the tube neck (200). The tube container having the one-touch cap according to the present invention is advantageous in that the sealing member (230) attached to the outlet hole (220) of the tube neck (200) is broken by the press rod (313) when the cap-fixing band (400) is removed and the cap (300) rotates, thus enabling the contents to be easily discharged from the tube container without having to open/close the cap (300).
