Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil électroménager, en particulier un réfrigérateur. Cet appareil électroménager comprend, d'une part une armoire (2) définissant un compartiment (4) comportant une ouverture en façade (4a), et d'autre part une unité de stockage (7), qui est construite indépendamment de l'armoire (2), et qui est reçue à l'intérieur du compartiment (4). Un intervalle (G) est ménagé entre l'un au moins des côtés de l'unité de stockage (7) et la paroi latérale correspondante (2b) du compartiment (4). L'invention propose également d'équiper l'appareil électroménager un écran étanche aux gaz (50), qui est placé contre l'ouverture en façade (4a) de façon à masquer au moins une partie de l'intervalle (G).
