Abstract
La présente invention concerne des dispositifs de transfert de fluide destinés à être utilisés lors d'une procédure de remplissage de cartouche manuelle pour remplir une cartouche avec une dose de médicament liquide et concerne également des kits, des procédés et des cartouches associés. Les dispositifs de transfert de fluide comprennent un orifice de cartouche destiné à recevoir de manière coulissante une extrémité avant de cartouche et soit un orifice de flacon destiné à s'encliqueter sur un flacon soit un raccord mâle pour un contact fluidique étanche avec un adaptateur de flacon traditionnel comprenant un raccord femelle. La cartouche comprend un joint coulissant et une tige de poussée pour une fixation amovible au joint coulissant permettant le déplacement manuel du joint coulissant à des fins d'aspiration et d'injection.
