Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à détecter au moins un antigène et comprenant les étapes suivantes : fourniture de billes magnétiques qui sont revêtues d'anticorps spécifiques pour au moins un antigène à détecter; mise en contact des billes magnétiques avec un tampon de lavage comprenant au moins 8 % de BSA et incubation de la charge de départ avec un échantillon; séparation des billes magnétiques au moyen d'un séparateur magnétique; détection des antigènes liés aux billes magnétiques par l'intermédiaire des anticorps. L'invention concerne également des tampons de lavage, des amorces, des trousses d'essai et des dispositifs utilisables pour ce procédé.
