After an incubation period of 2 days at 22°C/21 °C (day/night) and 95% rh, the test plants are kept at 22°C/21 °C (day/night) and 70% rh in a climate chamber. The inoculated test plants are treated with the formulated test compound in a spray chamber 5 days after inoculation. The percentage leaf area covered by disease is assessed when an appropriate level of disease appears on untreated check plants (1 1 to 14 days after application).
