Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour remplir des cartons d'expédition (50) avec des paquets (P1, P2, P3, P4, So1, So2) de produits d'impression, qui sont mis à disposition par une machine d'empaquetage. Le dispositif comprend un bâti, une bande transporteuse (1), un emplacement (40) pour la mise à disposition des cartons d'expédition vides (50) et un appareil pour l'évacuation des cartons d'expédition pleins (50). Un dispositif de levage (6), qui soulève des paquets arrêtés, un dispositif de levage-arrêt (7), qui soulève ou arrête des paquets qui arrivent, et une butée (8), qui arrête des paquets qui arrivent, sont associés à la bande transporteuse (1) et sont disposés les uns derrière les autres dans le sens de transport. A côté de la bande transporteuse (1) est positionnée une plate-forme (20), à laquelle est associé un premier coulisseau (10), lequel pousse un ou plusieurs paquets arrêtés de la bande transporteuse (1) sur la plate-forme (20), afin de former un niveau complet. Un distributeur (30) est positionné à côté de la bande transporteuse (1). La plate-forme (20) peut être basculée de 90 degrés. La plate-forme basculée (20.2) est contiguë au distributeur (30) ; un second coulisseau (21), qui fait glisser le niveau de la plate-forme (20) sur le distributeur (30), est également associé à cette plate-forme. Le distributeur (30) comprend deux parties (30.1, 30.2), qui peuvent être dépliées et repliées. Au-dessous du distributeur (30) se trouve un élévateur (43) pouvant être déplacé verticalement et horizontalement, qui prend en charge le niveau sur le distributeur (30), une fois que celui-ci s'est ouvert, et dépose le niveau dans le carton d'expédition (50).
