Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet des animaux mutants non humains et des méthodes pour les concevoir. La présente invention concerne également des méthodes et des compositions d'identification d'animaux mutants non humains comprenant une mutation dans le domaine de liaison à l'ADN de p53 ou une mutation dans un gène tumorigène. La présente invention concerne également des méthodes d'identification de modulateurs de l'activité de p53, de l'expression d'un gène du trajet de p53, de l'expression d'un gène tumorigène, de la croissance d'un tissu cancéreux, ou de l'activité d'un gène tumorigène.
