Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil pour empêcher l'ouverture d'une portière de véhicule, cet appareil détectant si un objet est présent ou pas dans la champ d'ouverture de la portière du véhicule, et interrompt temporairement l'ouverture de la portière après détection de l'objet au moyen d'un système de vérification qui permet de limiter le champ d'ouverture de la portière, de manière à éviter des accidents par négligence à l'avance. L'appareil de la présente invention comprend : des moyens d'arrêt disposés dans un système de vérification et une portière pour interrompre temporairement l'ouverture d'une portière du véhicule, le système de vérification comprenant une barre de vérification qui passe dans un logement de vérification connecté au châssis du véhicule par l'intermédiaire d'un support et d'un axe de charnière et qui est fixée dans la portière, et qui comprend un élément d'arrêt; des moyens de détection disposés au niveau de la surface extérieure de la portière pour détecter si un objet est présent ou pas dans le champ d'ouverture de la portière; et des moyens d'actionnement pour actionner les moyens d'arrêt sur la base du résultat de la détection des moyens de détection.
