Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de micro-structuration et passivation simultanées de corps solides contenant du silicium au moyen d'une méthode à faisceau laser guidé par jet de liquide. Le faisceau laser assure un échauffement local de la surface du corps solide alors que le jet de liquide contient un précurseur assurant la passivation de la surface du corps solide. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de micro-structuration et passivation simultanées. Le procédé trouve des applications en particulier dans la réalisation de cellules solaires.
