This may be particularly desirable if a query is submitted using a mobile device which may have limited capabilities. - Examples of the optical disk include a DVD (Digital Versatile Disc), a DVD- RAM, a CD-ROM (Compact Disc - Read Only Memory), and a CD-R (Recordable)/RW.
- An example of communication media includes a carrier-wave signal.

Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé et un système visant à améliorer l’utilisation d’un ou de plusieurs chercheurs humains dans un système de recherche, consistant à utiliser un traitement tel qu’un traitement automatique du langage naturel pour améliorer l’aptitude du système de recherche à reconnaître une intention d’une demande d’utilisateur, fournir des informations à un expéditeur pour répondre à des requêtes, et transmettre automatiquement une requête à un chercheur pertinent et qualifié. Une demande fait l’objet d’un traitement automatique du langage naturel pour améliorer l’usage de réponses automatisées, permettre une utilisation plus efficace de l’expéditeur et une utilisation plus efficace de spécialistes de recherche.
