Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quaderförmigen Batterie, insbesonders eine elektrochemische Batterie, wie z. B. eine Blei-Säure-Batterie, wobei das Verfahren nachfolgende Schritte aufweist: Bereitstellen einer Platte aus wärmeisolierendem Material, wobei die Platte eine Bodenplatte (2) aufweist, die dem Batterieboden zugeordnet ist und an den sich vier Seitenplatten (3) anschliessen, die den vier Seitenwänden der Batterie zugeordnet sind, wobei zwischen der Bodenplatte (2) und den Seitenplatten (3) je ein Gelenkabschnitt (6) vorgesehen ist. Bereitstellen einer Deckelplatte (5) aus wärmeisolierendem Material, die der Batterieoberseite zugeordnet ist. Positionieren und Aufsetzen der Batterie auf die Bodenplatte (2). Anklappen der Seitenplatten (3) mittels automatisch gesteuerter Andrückelemente und Aufsetzen der Deckelplatte (5).
