Abstract

The invention relates to a heating system for an object, comprising a thermal coupling (5) of a thermal heat generator (1), particularly a conventional heating system (2), said coupling being regulated by a controller (12), comprising a plurality of heat consumers (7) for the simultaneous heat and current production. One of the heat consumers (7) has a conversion system (11) based on a thermodynamic cyclic process (10), particularly a water vapor or ORC or Kalina process, for the conversion of thermodynamic energy into electric energy. The condensation heat produced in the thermodynamic cyclic process (10) is transferred to further heat consumers (7). The heating system can be operated in at least one of two operating modes, wherein in the first operating mode the heat generated is supplied to the thermodynamic cyclic process (10) for the production of current, and the residual heat produced from the thermodynamic cyclic process (10) is utilized for heating, and in the second operating mode current is produced independently of the heat requirement in that a heat sink (6) absorbs the condensation heat of the thermodynamic cyclic process (10).
