如其中一组称重装置的某一称重传感器输出信号偏离其他称重传感器输出信 号过大,集控式称重仪表 1将判别这一组称重装置可能发生故障,仅选择另一 组称重装置的输出进行称量,保证了系统运行的可靠性。安装在下料口后面的 称重装置 12仅测量皮带皮重, 将测量的皮重信号送入集控式称重仪表 1进行 处理, 可以实现给煤机在给煤称量过程在线自动去皮, 提高了系统测量精度; 安装在下料口前面的称重装置 3和 7采用相互比对的方法可以实现自动在线校 准。首先将两组称重装置分别进行称量,通过校准使其两组称重装置的称量结 果相等,其次在给煤机给煤过程选其一组称重装置,在该称重装置上施加标准 砝码, 此时两组称重装置得到两组称重数据, 施加标准砝码的一组称重装置得 到测量物料重量和加砝码重量两个量合并数据,另一组没有施加标准砝码的一 组称重装置仅得到测量物料重量的数据。 由于两组称重装置已经校准,所得测 量物料重量的结果相同,把两组称重装置得到的数据相减, 最后仅得到施加标 准砝码而得到的称重数据, 从而完成再线自动校准。

If one of the load cell output signals of one of the weighing devices deviates too far from the other load cell output signals, the centralized weighing instrument 1 will judge that the group of weighing devices may malfunction, and only select another group. The output of the heavy device is weighed to ensure the reliability of the system operation. The weighing device 12 installed behind the feeding port only measures the belt tare weight, and sends the measured tare signal to the centralized weighing instrument 1 for processing, which can realize automatic on-line peeling of the coal feeder in the coal feeding weighing process. The measurement accuracy of the system is improved; the weighing devices 3 and 7 installed in front of the lowering port can be automatically aligned online by means of mutual comparison. Firstly, the two weighing devices are separately weighed, the weighing results of the two weighing devices are equalized by calibration, and then a set of weighing devices are selected in the coal feeding process of the coal feeder, and the weighing device is applied on the weighing device. Standard weight, at this time the two sets of weighing devices get two sets of weighing data, a set of weighing devices applying standard weights get the combined data of the measured material weight and the weight of the weight, and the other group does not apply the standard. A set of weighing devices for the code only obtains data for measuring the weight of the material. Since the two sets of weighing devices have been calibrated, the obtained results of measuring the weight of the materials are the same, the data obtained by the two sets of weighing devices are subtracted, and finally only the weighing data obtained by applying the standard weights is obtained, thereby completing the automatic calibration of the re-line.
