Abstract
[PROBLEMS] To provide an emulsified petroleum product which can sustain the emulsified state of various kinds of petroleum products with water over a long period of time without requiring a special apparatus. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A petroleum product such as light gas oil, heavy fuel oil, a petroleum-based dry solvent, kerosene, gasoline, waste oil, coal tar, (molten) asphalt kerosene, gasoline or the like is mixed under stirring with water and a vegetable oil comprising at least one member selected from among castor oil, rapeseed oil, rice oil and sunflower oil. Thus, an emulsified petroleum product capable of sustaining the emulsified state over a long time can be produced.
