Abstract

　短期間で所望の組織・器官に癌を発生させることが可能なモデル動物（非ヒト哺乳動物）及びその用途を提供することを課題とする。部位特異的組換え酵素の作用を受けたときにヒト変異型K-ras（K-rasV12）遺伝子を発現する発現カセットがゲノム中に組み込まれているトランスジェニック非ヒト哺乳動物が提供される。また、当該トランスジェニック非ヒト哺乳動物を用いたスクリーニング方法が提供される。
